載荷與徑向剛度對(duì)機(jī)械彈性車輪包容特性的影響
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of shock vibration transmission of mechanical elastic wheels in uneven pavement and improve the ride comfort of vehicles, this paper is based on the elastic roller contact model. Finite element analysis and test methods are used to study the bearing characteristics and influencing factors of the wheel. Through the analysis of the effective road shape of the wheel, the influence of load and radial stiffness on the wheel containment characteristics is revealed, and the reliability of the established model is verified. The results show that: under the condition of certain radial stiffness of the wheel, The effective path amplitude decreases with the increase of load, but the effective path disturbance length increases with the increase of load. Under certain load conditions, the effective road amplitude increases with the increase of radial stiffness of the wheel, and the disturbance length increases and decreases with the increase of the radial stiffness of the wheel. By using finite element model and bench test, the low speed steady state containment characteristics of the wheel are analyzed, and the variation of the vertical dynamic mechanical response of the wheel with the load and radial stiffness is obtained. Under the condition of the same radial stiffness, the vertical dynamic mechanical response of the wheel is analyzed. The vertical force response of the wheel changes from parabola to saddle with the increase of load. Under the condition of certain load, the vertical force response of the wheel increases with the increase of radial stiffness. The results of analysis reflect the objective regularity of the actual containment characteristics of the wheel. The research provides a reference for the optimization of the mechanical elastic wheel structure and the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the whole vehicle.
