一種智能助力車力矩感測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:A new torque sensing system based on sensitive components is designed to solve the problems of high difficulty and high cost in the development of torque sensing system. A torque sensor with resistance strain gauge as the core, a signal processing unit based on differential amplifier and A / D conversion circuit, The data processing and wireless transceiver unit based on low power radio frequency chip CC1110 are placed on the center shaft of the booster to realize the acquisition of torque signal, and the weighted recursive average filter is used to enhance the stability of data acquisition. Zero compensation and least square fitting correction are used to ensure the accuracy of data acquisition. Using inductively coupled power supply and wireless digital transmission technology, the non-contact transmission of electric energy and signal is realized. Finally, the accuracy and durability of the system are tested on the basis of simulating the actual cycling. The results show that the system works stably and has a high measuring precision. In the range of 20 000 km, the full range error is less than 1, which has a good popularization value.
