【摘要】：報(bào)廢汽車回收與再制造對(duì)資源和環(huán)境等綠色績(jī)效具有重大影響,但針對(duì)回收與再制造全過程綠色要素間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系以及數(shù)值演化關(guān)系尚未明了,因此,本文從系統(tǒng)工程的角度出發(fā),建立回收與再制造系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)以及演化關(guān)系模型,定性定量研究回收與再制造對(duì)綠色績(jī)效的影響。首先,從系統(tǒng)工程的角度分析提煉了回收與再制造系統(tǒng)的綠色影響因子,從過程、主體、技術(shù)、組織、信息、控制、資本等不同維度歸納了系統(tǒng)控制因素集,從資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人因、環(huán)境等維度歸納系統(tǒng)綠色績(jī)效輸出集。提出因素集之間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則并進(jìn)行仿真,依據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)結(jié)果進(jìn)行聚類分析從而精簡(jiǎn)綠色績(jī)效輸出集,最終得到包含控制因素集以及綠色績(jī)效輸出集在內(nèi)的50個(gè)系統(tǒng)因素。依據(jù)因素集之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系建立了回收與再制造系統(tǒng)有向圖,運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣(ISM)建立了整體結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行層次分析以及因素之間的對(duì)比分析。其次,從回收行為的角度出發(fā),總結(jié)報(bào)廢汽車回收行為的影響因素,分析因素之間的邏輯關(guān)系,并將其歸納為行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、行為控制、回收動(dòng)機(jī)、情景因素、余效影響六個(gè)方面,建立報(bào)廢汽車回收行為推理系統(tǒng)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各因素進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,得出各因素的云模型數(shù)值特征和初始值以及各系統(tǒng)因素間的定性演化規(guī)則,并進(jìn)行數(shù)值演化仿真,最后對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并討論余效影響、情景因素、人口統(tǒng)計(jì)變量對(duì)回收行為的影響。最后,基于結(jié)構(gòu)模型以及回收行為系統(tǒng)云模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立報(bào)廢汽車回收與再制造綠色系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,研究了回收與再制造對(duì)資源、環(huán)境、人因等綠色績(jī)效的影響。
[Abstract]:Recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles have a significant impact on green performance, such as resources and environment, but the structural and numerical evolution relationships between green elements in the whole process of recycling and remanufacturing are not clear. From the point of view of system engineering, this paper establishes the structure of recovery and remanufacturing system and its evolutionary relationship model, and studies the effect of recycling and remanufacturing on green performance qualitatively and quantitatively. First of all, from the point of view of system engineering, the green influence factors of recycling and remanufacturing system are analyzed and refined. From the different dimensions of process, main body, technology, organization, information, control, capital and so on, the set of system control factors is summarized. Human factors, environment and other dimensions induces the system green performance output set. The association rules between factor sets are proposed and simulated. Clustering analysis based on the association results is carried out to simplify the green performance output set. Finally 50 system factors including the control factor set and the green performance output set are obtained. The directed graph of recovery and remanufacturing system is established according to the correlation relationship between factor sets, and the whole structure is established by means of explain structure matrix (ISM), and the system structure is analyzed by hierarchical analysis and comparative analysis among factors. Secondly, from the perspective of recycling behavior, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of recycling behavior of end-of-life vehicles, analyzes the logical relationship between the factors, and concludes them as behavioral attitude, subjective norms, behavior control, recovery motivation, situational factors. Based on six aspects of residual effect, a reclaim behavior reasoning system for scrap vehicles is established. Through the questionnaire survey of the factors in the system, the numerical characteristics and initial values of the cloud model of each factor and the qualitative evolution rules among the factors of the system are obtained, and the numerical evolution simulation is carried out. Finally, the results are analyzed, and the effects of the residual effects are discussed. The influence of demographic variables on recovery behavior. Finally, based on the structure model and the cloud model of recycling behavior system, the green system dynamics model of recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles is established, and the effects of recycling and remanufacturing on the green performance of resources, environment and human factors are studied.
