【摘要】:純電動汽車作為當下新能源汽車發(fā)展的主要方向,使得對其核心的電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)性能的研究和發(fā)展成為熱門話題。電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的性能主要體現(xiàn)在以下兩個方面:一是控制器的性能及對電機的控制效果;二是電機本身的性能。而這兩個方面,均依托于各類參數(shù)的準確性和合理性。參數(shù)的準確和合理,又與計算、控制方法,處理及傳遞方式,監(jiān)測調(diào)試息息相關(guān)。因此,本課題在設(shè)計電機控制器軟件部分的基礎(chǔ)之上,又研發(fā)了整套系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)用于參數(shù)的計算、傳遞與監(jiān)測。系統(tǒng)參數(shù)是電機控制的基礎(chǔ)。電機參數(shù)會影響矢量控制的準確性;控制算法參數(shù)會影響電機的運行效果,包括最大功率、最大輸出扭矩、運行狀態(tài)改變時的響應(yīng)速度、平穩(wěn)度等;硬件參數(shù)、保護參數(shù)等,將影響整個系統(tǒng)運行所應(yīng)用的物理量的準確性,以及整個電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)運行的安全性和可靠性。因此,各項參數(shù)對于電機控制器的工作狀態(tài),和電機控制器對于電機的控制效果,有著至關(guān)重要的作用。該課題深入分析、研究了整個系統(tǒng)控制策略以及各部分調(diào)控、工作所需的基本參數(shù),以及各控制方法的參數(shù)計算過程。本課題所設(shè)計的電機控制器控制參數(shù)計算、傳遞與監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對所有參數(shù)進行了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)定和進一步的計算處理,同時,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了PC機參數(shù)管理軟件的人機交互界面,使得在控制器固化的條件下,可以在外部進行參數(shù)的修改,方便與不同電機的匹配及電機運行的調(diào)試。參數(shù)設(shè)定和計算完成后,PC機將所有參數(shù)通過CAN通訊的方式,傳遞至電機控制器的MCU(單片機),MCU將其寫入Flash,這樣可以避免參數(shù)的丟失、錯誤,同時提高MCU的處理速度。PC機監(jiān)測軟件通過CAN協(xié)議與MCU進行通訊,通過上位機界面實時監(jiān)控電機控制器及整個電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài),以便于調(diào)試,以及指導(dǎo)控制參數(shù)的修改。該課題的研究和應(yīng)用,克服了原有系統(tǒng)中參數(shù)零散、分散的問題,使電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)所有的參數(shù)集中化、一體化、智能化、可視化,同時,完善的上位機軟件提高了系統(tǒng)的人機交互性和實時性,做到了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的可設(shè)置、可更改、運行狀態(tài)的可監(jiān)測,提高了控制器應(yīng)用對象——電機的可更換性,構(gòu)成了完整的計算、傳遞與監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。另一方面,本課題所研發(fā)的電機控制器,融合了整車控制器的部分功能——內(nèi)部設(shè)計了整車處理模塊,并增加了鑰匙門、加速踏板、剎車踏板等開關(guān)量和模擬量信號的處理模塊。此外,該控制器也增加了電池系統(tǒng)的功能,即控制器母線電壓Vdc的管理、保護。上述原因,增大了參數(shù)的復(fù)雜性和傳遞鏈接的難度,也就使得所設(shè)計的參數(shù)系統(tǒng)愈加重要。
[Abstract]:Pure electric vehicle as the main direction of the development of new energy vehicles. It makes the research and development of the performance of its core electric drive system become a hot topic. The performance of the electric drive system is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: first, the performance of the controller and the control effect on the motor; The second is the performance of the motor itself. And these two aspects depend on the accuracy and rationality of all kinds of parameters, the accuracy and reasonableness of the parameters, and the calculation, control methods, treatment and transmission methods. Monitoring and debugging is closely related. Therefore, based on the design of motor controller software, the whole system is developed, which is used to calculate the parameters. Transmission and monitoring. System parameters are the basis of motor control. Motor parameters will affect the accuracy of vector control. The parameters of the control algorithm will affect the performance of the motor, including the maximum power, the maximum output torque, the response speed and the smoothness when the running state changes. Hardware parameters and protection parameters will affect the accuracy of the physical quantities used in the operation of the whole system, as well as the safety and reliability of the whole motor drive system. The parameters are very important to the working state of the motor controller and the motor controller to the control effect of the motor. The basic parameters needed for the work and the calculation process of the parameters of each control method. The control parameter calculation, transmission and monitoring system of the motor controller designed in this paper. At the same time, the man-machine interface of the PC parameter management software is designed and implemented, which makes the controller solidified. Parameters can be modified on the outside to facilitate the matching with different motors and the debugging of motor operation. After the parameter setting and calculation is completed, the PC can communicate all the parameters through CAN. MCU (MCU / MCU), which is passed to the motor controller, writes it into Flash, which can avoid the loss of parameters and errors. At the same time, it can improve the processing speed of MCU. PC monitor software communicates with MCU through CAN protocol, and monitors the working state of motor controller and the whole motor drive system through the interface of upper computer. In order to facilitate debugging, and guide the modification of control parameters. The research and application of this subject overcomes the problem of scattered and dispersed parameters in the original system, and makes all parameters of motor drive system centralized and integrated. Intelligent, visual, at the same time, the improved PC software improves the man-machine interaction and real-time of the system, so that the system parameters can be set, can be changed, and the running state can be monitored. It improves the interchangeability of the motor, which is the application object of the controller, and constitutes a complete calculation, transmission and monitoring system. On the other hand, the motor controller is developed in this paper. Some functions of the whole vehicle controller are integrated-the whole vehicle processing module is designed internally, and the signal processing module of switch quantity and analog quantity such as key door, accelerator pedal and brake pedal are added. The controller also increases the function of battery system, that is, the management and protection of bus voltage Vdc. For the above reasons, the complexity of parameters and the difficulty of transferring links are increased. This makes the designed parameter system more important.
