淺埋藏近距離煤層群綜采工作面低氧原因分析

【摘要】:基于神東礦區(qū)厚松散層薄基巖淺埋藏近距離煤層群的開采特點(diǎn),分析了工作面低氧的原因,給出了工作面低氧的防治對(duì)策。神東礦區(qū)煤層處于氮?dú)?二氧化碳帶,采空區(qū)遺煤低溫氧化產(chǎn)生大量低氧氣體,在通風(fēng)負(fù)壓和大氣壓力的作用下,通過漏風(fēng)通道由采空區(qū)向回風(fēng)隅角涌出,造成工作面低氧。采用多種技術(shù)手段防治低氧:在開拓開采方面,少留或不留聯(lián)絡(luò)巷,減少采空區(qū)遺煤,采空區(qū)達(dá)5個(gè)以上時(shí),相鄰工作面留設(shè)足夠距離的隔離煤柱;在安全監(jiān)測(cè)方面,設(shè)置氧氣傳感器、警示標(biāo)牌,建立低氧預(yù)警機(jī)制;在通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)方面,根據(jù)實(shí)際條件采用"U+L"型、"Y"型或均壓通風(fēng)系統(tǒng);在通風(fēng)技術(shù)及管理方面,采取封堵漏風(fēng)通道,對(duì)采空區(qū)進(jìn)行卸壓等措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the mining characteristics of shallow buried short distance coal seams with thick loose strata and thin bedrock in Shendong mining area, the reasons of low oxygen in working face are analyzed, and the countermeasures of preventing and treating low oxygen in working face are given. The coal seam of Shendong mining area is located in the nitrogen and carbon dioxide zone, and the low temperature oxidation of the coal left in the goaf produces a large amount of low oxygen gas. Under the action of negative pressure of ventilation and atmospheric pressure, through the air leakage passage from the goaf to the corner of the return air, it causes the low oxygen in the working face. Adopting many kinds of technical means to prevent and cure low oxygen: in developing and mining, few or no contact roadways are left, and the remaining coal in goaf is reduced. When the goaf reaches more than 5, the separated coal pillar with enough distance is kept in the adjacent working face; In the aspect of safety monitoring, oxygen sensor, warning sign and low oxygen warning mechanism should be set up, "U L" type, "Y" type or even pressure ventilation system should be adopted according to actual conditions in ventilation system. In the aspect of ventilation technology and management, measures such as sealing air leakage passage and releasing pressure in goaf are taken.
