基于折光法的乳化液濃度檢測技術研究

【摘要】:乳化液主要作為液壓支架的傳動介質,在現(xiàn)代煤礦綜采工作面中起著舉足輕重的作用,,被稱為煤礦支護設備的血液。乳化液的濃度適中與否直接決定著液壓系統(tǒng)各元件的使用壽命和生產效率。比如說:濃度過低,乳化液起不到應有的潤滑、防銹等功能;濃度過高,增加了乳化油的用量從而增加的生產成本。因此,現(xiàn)在急需一套可行的有效的乳化液自動配比系統(tǒng)來控制乳化液的濃度滿足實際工作的需求。 乳化液配比系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展經歷了從人工地面混合到手動配液再到自動配比這三個階段。其中,人工地面混合和手動配液這兩種方式的工作量大,而且配制乳化液的精度也不高,滿足不了實際工作的要求。配制濃度精確的乳化液不僅需要精確的檢測正在工作的乳化液的濃度,還需一套可以精確、快速地控制乳化液濃度的系統(tǒng)。因此,在實際生產中需要一套可以精確檢測乳化液濃度和先進的控制系統(tǒng)相結合的自動配比系統(tǒng)。 文章對乳化液的的特性和乳化液的配制機理進行了簡單的說明,尤其從乳化液單個液滴的形成和乳化液機理兩個方面說明了乳化液的形成,通過對乳化液形成過程的研究指導了乳化液的配制。文章搭建了阿貝折射儀—超級恒溫槽的實驗臺,并研究了濃度為0~10%的乳化液在25~60℃溫度范圍內的折射率,得出了濃度、溫度和折射率三者之間的關系曲線和經驗公式。 在對檢測乳化液濃度、溫度和折射率研究的基礎上,文章基于Modbus通信協(xié)議實現(xiàn)了GND15型乳化液濃度傳感器和上位機的通信,對傳感器進行標定,并對標定結果進行了驗證。經驗證可得:4.9337%和6.35285%乳化液的相對誤差分別為1.34%和1.13%。 文章設計了一套乳化液自動配比系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)采用GND15型乳化液濃度傳感器檢測乳化液濃度,PLC控制系統(tǒng)處理由各個傳感器反饋回的數(shù)值,并發(fā)出指令指導執(zhí)行機構的的動作。該系統(tǒng)可以實時檢測乳化液濃度,并快速的做出相對應的調整動作,實現(xiàn)乳化液配比的全自動化。
[Abstract]:As the driving medium of hydraulic support, emulsion plays an important role in the modern coal mine fully mechanized mining face, and is called the blood of coal mine support equipment. Whether the concentration of emulsion is moderate or not directly determines the service life and production efficiency of each component of hydraulic system. For example, if the concentration is too low, the emulsion will not have the proper functions of lubrication and rust prevention; too high concentration will increase the amount of emulsified oil and thus increase the production cost. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a feasible and effective emulsion automatic proportioning system to control the emulsion concentration to meet the practical requirements. The development of emulsion blending system has experienced three stages: artificial ground mixing, manual distribution and automatic blending. Among them, the manual ground mixing and manual distribution are the two ways of heavy workload, and the precision of emulsion preparation is not high, which can not meet the practical requirements. The preparation of emulsion with accurate concentration requires not only the accurate detection of the concentration of the working emulsion, but also a system that can accurately and quickly control the concentration of the emulsion. Therefore, an automatic proportioning system which can accurately detect the concentration of emulsion and the advanced control system is needed in actual production. The characteristics of the emulsion and the preparation mechanism of the emulsion are simply explained in this paper, especially the formation of the emulsion from two aspects: the formation of the single droplet of the emulsion and the mechanism of the emulsion. The preparation of emulsion was guided by the study of emulsion formation process. In this paper, the experimental bench of Abbe refractometer-super constant temperature tank is set up, and the refractive index of emulsion with concentration of 0 ~ 10% is studied in the temperature range of 25 ~ 60 鈩
