【摘要】：藥包埋深是影響單自由面爆破效果的重要因素之一。針對長山壕金礦露天的掘溝工程,采用ANSYS/LSDYNA構(gòu)建了不同埋深下單自由面柱狀藥包爆破的數(shù)值模型,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場試驗,開展了單自由面爆破柱狀藥包最佳埋深的研究。結(jié)果表明:炸藥爆炸后,巖體中會產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力波擴張并形成爆破漏斗;在自由面附近,隨著到埋深的增大,單元的應(yīng)力峰值衰減速率減慢,漏斗半徑減小速率逐漸加快;在階段底部,隨著埋深的增大,單元的應(yīng)力峰值的衰減速率增大,巖石破壞半徑總體呈增大趨勢。綜合分析,得到該礦山藥包最佳埋深為5.3m,并在現(xiàn)場試驗中得到了驗證。
[Abstract]:The burying depth of charge is one of the important factors affecting the blasting effect of single free surface blasting.Aiming at the open-pit trench excavation project in Changshanou Gold Mine, a numerical model of free-surface cylindrical charge blasting with different burying depth was constructed by using ANSYS/LSDYNA, and the optimum burying depth of single free surface blasting cylindrical charge was studied in combination with field test.The results show that the stress wave will expand and the blasting funnel will form in the rock mass after explosive explosion, and near the free surface, the peak stress attenuation rate of the element decreases with the increase of buried depth, and the decreasing rate of the funnel radius gradually accelerates.At the bottom of the stage, with the increase of buried depth, the attenuation rate of the stress peak value of the element increases, and the fracture radius of the rock increases as a whole.Comprehensive analysis shows that the optimum burying depth is 5.3 m, which is verified by field test.
