柔性基底導(dǎo)電銀墨水噴墨打印工藝分析

【摘要】:以銀導(dǎo)電墨水為打印墨水材料,以熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體橡膠(TPU)薄膜為柔性基底材料,通過壓電式材料噴墨打印機在柔性基底上打印導(dǎo)電膜圖形。通過光學(xué)顯微鏡對基底材料表面打印銀墨水狀態(tài)觀察發(fā)現(xiàn):基底表面親水處理可以有效提高基底對銀墨水的吸附力;柔性薄膜適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)拉伸有利于提高薄膜平整度,提高墨水打印導(dǎo)電膜圖形的質(zhì)量;墨滴質(zhì)量、噴嘴狀態(tài)及噴嘴和基底薄膜的間隙校正是保證打印均勻性的關(guān)鍵;在燒結(jié)工藝中,采用逐漸提高溫度的方式,可達到逐漸釋放熱應(yīng)力的目的,減少由于溫度劇變對TPU薄膜表面銀墨圖形結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生變形或龜裂的現(xiàn)象,可有效地提高燒結(jié)后所形成導(dǎo)電圖案的完整性和連續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:Silver conductive ink was used as printing ink and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) film was used as flexible substrate. The pattern of conductive film was printed on flexible substrate by piezoelectric inkjet printer.The observation of silver ink on the substrate surface by optical microscope shows that hydrophilic treatment on the substrate surface can effectively increase the adsorption force of the substrate to silver ink, and the proper prestretching of the flexible film can improve the smoothness of the film.Improving the quality of ink printing conductive film pattern, ink droplet quality, nozzle state and gap correction between nozzle and substrate film are the key to ensure printing uniformity.The thermal stress can be released gradually and the deformation or crack of silver ink pattern on the surface of TPU film can be reduced due to the sharp change of temperature. The integrality and continuity of the conductive pattern formed after sintering can be improved effectively.
