【摘要】：針對分布式文件系統(tǒng)中由于數(shù)據(jù)塊隨機放置而導致的服務器利用率低、能耗管理復雜的問題,建立了數(shù)據(jù)塊訪問特征向量模型描述用戶對數(shù)據(jù)塊的隨機訪問,運用K-means算法對數(shù)據(jù)塊進行聚類計算,根據(jù)計算結(jié)果將數(shù)據(jù)節(jié)點劃分為多個區(qū)域以存儲不同聚類簇的數(shù)據(jù)塊,在系統(tǒng)負載較低時進行數(shù)據(jù)塊動態(tài)重配置,關(guān)閉不必要節(jié)點達到節(jié)能的目的。為使得策略適用于對能耗和資源利用率有不同要求的場景,算法中聚類簇間隔參數(shù)可靈活設置。實驗通過和冷熱區(qū)劃分算法進行比較表明:按照聚類結(jié)果進行數(shù)據(jù)塊重配置后,能耗節(jié)省效率優(yōu)于冷熱區(qū)劃分算法,節(jié)省能耗35%~38%。
[Abstract]:The low utilization rate for the distributed file system by data blocks randomly placed in the server, the management of energy consumption complex problems, establish a data block access feature vector model to describe the random access to user data blocks, K-means clustering algorithm is used to calculate the data block according to the calculation results, the data node is divided into a plurality of areas to a block of data stored in different clusters, the data block dynamic reconfiguration in the system load is low, turn off unnecessary nodes to achieve the purpose of saving energy. In order to make the strategies applicable to the use of resources and energy consumption rate have different requirements of the scene, algorithm of cluster interval parameters can be set flexibly. Compared by experiment and hot and cold division algorithm: data block reconfiguration according to the clustering results, energy saving efficiency is better than that of hot and cold region partition algorithm, energy saving 35%~38%.
