【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)是信息科技的最新聚焦點(diǎn)之一,也屬于國(guó)家信息產(chǎn)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的突破點(diǎn)。目前在大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)中還缺乏科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)方案和課程體系、合理可行的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式、有針對(duì)性的新型培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。該文通過立體綜合的大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)課程建設(shè)和競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐、文獻(xiàn)分析研究、產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)研、教學(xué)研討及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,提出了分層、分級(jí)、可擴(kuò)展的大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)技術(shù)人才協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模型,為了更好地適應(yīng)快速而多變的大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)架構(gòu)演進(jìn),又提出了主客觀結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模型、課程體系及培養(yǎng)方案的遞歸修正過程,進(jìn)而建立了大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)技術(shù)人才協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)實(shí)訓(xùn)與實(shí)踐平臺(tái)。通過實(shí)踐案例分析,驗(yàn)證了所構(gòu)建模式、模型、課程體系、實(shí)訓(xùn)與實(shí)踐平臺(tái)的有效性。
[Abstract]:Big data is one of the latest focal points in information technology, and it is also a breakthrough point for the national information industry and innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, there is still a lack of scientific and systematic innovative training programs and curriculum systems in the training of senior technical personnel in big data industry. A reasonable and feasible cooperative innovation training model, a new targeted training quality evaluation system, this paper, through the stereoscopic comprehensive big data curriculum construction and competition guidance practice, literature analysis and research, industry research, In order to better adapt to the rapid and changeable technological structure evolution of big data, this paper puts forward a hierarchical, hierarchical and scalable cooperative innovation training model for big data industry senior technical personnel. This paper also puts forward the training model of talents combining subjectivity and objectivity, the recursive correction process of curriculum system and training scheme, and then establishes the practical training and practice platform for big data industry advanced technical talents. The validity of the constructed model, model, curriculum system, practical training and practice platform is verified.
