【摘要】：為了實現(xiàn)交通視頻擁堵狀態(tài)的自動識別,以滿足日益廣泛應用的交通視頻監(jiān)控需求,分析了交通擁堵評價模型及其定性過程,進而提出了一種具有自適應學習能力的交通視頻擁堵信息識別方法。該方法系統(tǒng)提取視頻圖像特征集,應用SVM進行模型訓練學習和狀態(tài)分類,并采用GA進行算法模型的在線閉環(huán)自適應調(diào)優(yōu)�，F(xiàn)場試驗表明,該方法具有識別準確率高、處理速度快和系統(tǒng)自適應能力強等優(yōu)點,為解決全天候的基于視頻的交通擁堵實時在線識別處理問題提供了一種快速有效的解決方法。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the automatic identification of traffic video congestion status to meet the increasingly widely used traffic video surveillance needs, the traffic congestion evaluation model and its qualitative process are analyzed. Furthermore, a traffic video congestion information recognition method with adaptive learning ability is proposed. In this method, the feature sets of video images are extracted, the model training and state classification are carried out by SVM, and the on-line closed-loop adaptive tuning of the algorithm model is carried out by GA. Field tests show that the proposed method has the advantages of high recognition accuracy, fast processing speed and strong adaptive ability of the system. This paper provides a fast and effective method to solve the problem of real-time on-line identification of traffic congestion based on all-weather video.
