帶限制期的震后應(yīng)急物資配送模糊多目標(biāo)開(kāi)放式定位-路徑問(wèn)題

【摘要】:為提高震后應(yīng)急物資配送績(jī)效,針對(duì)應(yīng)急物資配送中心選址與配送車輛路徑安排的集成優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,綜合考慮應(yīng)急物資需求的模糊性、限制期和多次往返配送,有限數(shù)量不同類型的配送車輛,開(kāi)放式車輛路徑,有容量限制的臨時(shí)物流設(shè)施選址以及震后路網(wǎng)部分受損等特點(diǎn),以各物資需求點(diǎn)的應(yīng)急物資運(yùn)達(dá)時(shí)間之和以及系統(tǒng)總成本最小為目標(biāo),采用機(jī)會(huì)約束規(guī)劃方法建立了一個(gè)模糊多目標(biāo)開(kāi)放式定位-路徑問(wèn)題(LRP)優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種結(jié)合啟發(fā)式規(guī)則的混合遺傳算法。最后,對(duì)該模型和算法進(jìn)行了數(shù)值驗(yàn)證,并通過(guò)與NSGA-Ⅱ多目標(biāo)遺傳算法的比較,證明該混合遺傳算法具有良好的性能,從而為解決震后應(yīng)急物資配送的模糊多目標(biāo)LRP提供了有效的方法。
