基于路面管理系統(tǒng)的高速公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護策略研究

【摘要】:路面管理系統(tǒng)(PMS)是為適應(yīng)大規(guī)模、高效率和高質(zhì)量的公路養(yǎng)護管理要求而發(fā)展起來的現(xiàn)代綜合管理技術(shù),它能夠有效改變傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗決策模式,發(fā)揮路面資源的最佳效益,保證路面管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化和現(xiàn)代化。隨著我國高速公路建設(shè)的發(fā)展和高速公路網(wǎng)的逐漸形成,高速公路的養(yǎng)護管理問題顯得越來越重要。路面管理系統(tǒng)(PMS)也逐漸應(yīng)用到路面管理部門,對它的維護和開發(fā)也顯尤為重要。本文將路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護與路面管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)合起來,在對養(yǎng)護資金優(yōu)化分配的基礎(chǔ)上,建立高速公路瀝青路面中長期養(yǎng)護維修策略。 正確的路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護應(yīng)是根據(jù)路面使用性能指數(shù),,在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r間點和適當(dāng)?shù)牡攸c并采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧垣@得適當(dāng)?shù)穆访婀δ芑謴?fù)。而在路面使用性能評價和預(yù)測的基礎(chǔ)上,建立路面中長期養(yǎng)護維修規(guī)劃方案可以為路面管理部門對路面長期養(yǎng)護有系統(tǒng)化和科學(xué)化的認(rèn)識。而在這當(dāng)中,公路的養(yǎng)護資金總是有限的,如何合理地分配有限的養(yǎng)護資金,采取經(jīng)濟、高效、合理的養(yǎng)護手段減少各類病害的產(chǎn)生,延長路面使用壽命,使高速公路路面處于最佳服務(wù)水平或產(chǎn)生最大經(jīng)濟效益需要有一個科學(xué)的決策方法,需要對養(yǎng)護資金進行優(yōu)化分配。 本文依托合六葉高速公路瀝青混凝土路面養(yǎng)護維修項目,采用該路網(wǎng)的歷史路面狀況數(shù)據(jù),基于PAVERTM的路面管理系統(tǒng),建立路面性能預(yù)測模型。通過確定工作類型、養(yǎng)護方案和預(yù)算資金,探索研究路面管理軟件PAVERTM應(yīng)用于該路網(wǎng)實施預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護和維修的可行性和有效性。這些工作的開展對于改善高速公路路面性能、延長路面使用壽命具有重要意義。同時,作為方法的研究,對于其它高速公路路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護方案的制定,也具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Pavement management system (PMS) is a modern integrated management technology developed to meet the requirements of large-scale, high efficiency and high quality highway maintenance management. It can effectively change the traditional empirical decision-making mode and give play to the best benefits of road surface resources. Ensure the systematization, scientization and modernization of pavement management system. With the development of highway construction and the formation of highway network, the maintenance and management of expressway becomes more and more important. The pavement management system (PMS) is gradually applied to the pavement management department, and its maintenance and development are also very important. In this paper, the preventive maintenance of pavement and pavement management system are combined, on the basis of optimal allocation of maintenance funds, the medium and long term maintenance strategy of asphalt pavement of expressway is established. The correct preventive maintenance of pavement should be based on the pavement performance index, at the right time and at the right place and take appropriate measures to obtain proper pavement function recovery. Based on the evaluation and prediction of pavement performance, the long-term maintenance planning scheme can be established for pavement management departments to have a systematic and scientific understanding of long-term pavement maintenance. Among them, the highway maintenance funds are always limited. How to allocate the limited maintenance funds reasonably, how to adopt economic, efficient and reasonable maintenance means to reduce the occurrence of various kinds of diseases and prolong the pavement service life, It is necessary to have a scientific decision method to make the expressway pavement at the best service level or to produce the greatest economic benefit, and it is necessary to optimize the allocation of maintenance funds. Based on the maintenance and repair project of asphalt concrete pavement of Heliuye Expressway and the historical pavement condition data of the road network, a pavement performance prediction model is established based on the pavement management system of PAVERTM. By determining the type of work, maintenance scheme and budget, the feasibility and effectiveness of the pavement management software PAVERTM applied to preventive maintenance and maintenance of the road network are explored. The development of these works is of great significance for improving the pavement performance and prolonging the pavement service life. At the same time, as a method of research, it has certain reference value for other highway pavement preventive maintenance program formulation.
