簡支鋼板組合梁橋合理截面構(gòu)造研究

【摘要】:簡支鋼板梁橋因具有構(gòu)造簡單、強(qiáng)度高、自重輕、工廠化生產(chǎn)程度高、施工速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在橋梁建設(shè)領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。在我國大力發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)國情下,推動鋼板組合梁橋的研究與應(yīng)用,將有利于促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)生顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益。因我國單位體系、橋梁荷載等級、規(guī)范的編制等與國外有許多不同點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致了我國的簡支組合梁橋在設(shè)計(jì)中有很大的獨(dú)特性,不能完全照搬外國的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與設(shè)計(jì)方案。為了研究鋼板組合梁橋的合理截面構(gòu)造,本文從數(shù)值理論分析與數(shù)值計(jì)算兩個方面對這種組合梁進(jìn)行了研究。 本文的主要研究工作如下: 1.對簡支工字形組合梁的抗彎曲、剪切及扭轉(zhuǎn)承載力進(jìn)行了分析,,總結(jié)了簡支工字形組合梁構(gòu)件的基本力學(xué)計(jì)算理論。所總結(jié)的方法可以用于簡支工字形組合梁的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。 2.推導(dǎo)了非組合鋼板梁橋及活載組合梁橋合理梁高的計(jì)算公式,并應(yīng)用所推導(dǎo)的計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了變橋?qū)、變主梁間距、變跨徑等大量不同參數(shù)的實(shí)橋設(shè)計(jì)。得到了較多的規(guī)律和較好的設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3.基于合理截面構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)的研究,建立了有限元計(jì)算模型對活載組合梁進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析,結(jié)果表明活載組合梁在施工及正常使用狀態(tài)下的應(yīng)力及剛度均滿足設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求,并且有適當(dāng)?shù)牟牧蠌?qiáng)度儲備,表明此活載組合梁的設(shè)計(jì)方法有較好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Simply supported steel plate girder bridges are widely used in the field of bridge construction because of their advantages such as simple structure, high strength, light weight, high degree of factory production and fast construction speed. Under the condition of developing infrastructure construction vigorously in China, it is beneficial to promote the development of national economy and bring about remarkable economic and social benefits by promoting the research and application of steel plate composite girder bridge. Because there are many differences between our country's unit system, bridge load grade, code compilation and so on, which leads to the great uniqueness of our country's simply supported composite girder bridge in the design, we can not completely copy the experience and design scheme of foreign countries. In order to study the reasonable section construction of steel plate composite beam bridge, this paper studies this kind of composite beam from two aspects of numerical theory analysis and numerical calculation. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The flexural shear and torsional bearing capacity of simply supported I-shaped composite beams are analyzed and the basic mechanics calculation theory of simply supported I-shaped composite beams is summarized. The method can be used to design and calculate the structure of simple supported I-shaped composite beam. 2. The calculation formula of reasonable beam height of non-composite steel plate girder bridge and live load composite beam bridge is derived, and the width of the bridge is changed by using the derived calculation formula. A large number of real bridges with different parameters, such as variable main beam spacing and variable span, are designed. More rules and better design guidance experience are obtained. 3. Based on the research of reasonable section structure design, the finite element calculation model is established to analyze the structure force of live load composite beam. The results show that the stress and stiffness of the live load composite beam meet the requirements of the design code and have proper material strength reserve under the construction and normal service condition. It shows that the design method of the live load composite beam has good application value.
