【摘要】：吉林省早期修建的水泥混凝土路面相當(dāng)一部分已接近設(shè)計(jì)年限，有的雖未達(dá)到，但由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致的交通量劇增，致使水泥混凝土路面的破壞嚴(yán)重，影響了行車(chē)的舒適性，降低了使用壽命，急需加鋪改建。 本文依托省道營(yíng)白公路項(xiàng)目改造，從實(shí)際工程需要出發(fā)，在大量病害調(diào)研后，以室內(nèi)研究為基礎(chǔ)，分析了水泥混凝土路面病害產(chǎn)生的原因。首先，了解和掌握了原水泥混凝土路面面板的破損狀況、面板以及土基的強(qiáng)度情況，，并且對(duì)路面結(jié)構(gòu)做出了一定的評(píng)價(jià)；然后在分析水泥混凝土病害產(chǎn)生原因的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了多種路面的修復(fù)方法，并修筑了試驗(yàn)路；試驗(yàn)路共有13種路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式，包括：直接加鋪瀝青混凝土面層、加鋪橡膠改性應(yīng)力吸收層、碎石化改造、加鋪半剛性基層、接縫處理加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)層等，并進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)路長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的觀察。再次，根據(jù)水泥混凝土路面的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)不同維修方法的路面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析，在上述的基礎(chǔ)上，推薦了水泥路面的維修改造方案；最后，對(duì)水泥混凝土路面的施工工藝進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，提出了適合于吉林省氣候、車(chē)輛組成特點(diǎn)的舊水泥混凝土路面技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:A considerable part of the cement concrete pavement built in the early period of Jilin Province has been close to the design years, some of which have not been achieved, but the traffic volume caused by the rapid development of the economy has increased dramatically, resulting in serious damage to the cement concrete pavement. It affects the ride comfort, reduces the service life, and needs to be overlaid and rebuilt. Based on the reconstruction of Yingbai highway project and the actual engineering needs, this paper analyzes the causes of cement concrete pavement disease on the basis of indoor research and a large number of disease investigation. First of all, we know and master the damaged condition of the original cement concrete pavement slab, the strength of the face slab and the soil foundation, and make a certain evaluation of the pavement structure, and then on the basis of analyzing the causes of the cement concrete disease, This paper puts forward a variety of pavement repair methods and builds a test road, there are 13 kinds of pavement structure forms, including: directly overlaying asphalt concrete surface, laying rubber modified stress absorption layer, macadam transformation, adding semi-rigid base, Seams were treated with overlay, and long-term observation was made on the test road. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of cement concrete pavement, the mechanics analysis of pavement structure with different maintenance methods is carried out. On the basis of the above, the maintenance and reconstruction scheme of cement pavement is recommended. Finally, This paper summarizes the construction technology of cement concrete pavement and puts forward the old cement concrete pavement technology suitable for the climate of Jilin Province and the characteristics of vehicle composition.
