山區(qū)軟土地基處理典型方法的適用性研究

【摘要】:隨著我國西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進,近年來西部的經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展,山區(qū)高速公路網(wǎng)也隨之逐步完善。由于山區(qū)的地形、地貌較平原和沿海地區(qū)有很大差異,故在山區(qū)公路建設(shè)中會遇到各種復(fù)雜的問題,尤其是山區(qū)軟土地基處理。山區(qū)的軟土具有其獨特的工程特性,一些用于平原或沿海地區(qū)的軟基處理方法在處理山區(qū)軟基時可能達(dá)不到預(yù)期的處理效果。這就使得山區(qū)軟基處理成為了一項具有代表性的研究課題。 本文在對依托工程中搜集的資料中,總結(jié)貴州山區(qū)軟土的物理力學(xué)特征、破壞形式,并歸納總結(jié)了用于山區(qū)軟基處理的方法。根據(jù)山區(qū)公路軟土的特點,本文分析了兩種典型的用于山區(qū)軟基處理的方法,即粉煤灰墊層法和CFG樁復(fù)合地基法。 根據(jù)依托工程杭瑞高速貴州經(jīng)遵畢段第16合同段的地形特征,選取粉煤灰換填墊層法處理軟基,并對換填墊層設(shè)計計算,結(jié)合從依托工程處預(yù)先埋設(shè)的沉降板等監(jiān)測的地基變形數(shù)據(jù),將所選取兩個斷面的沉降值對比分析,在用PLAXIS軟件建模分析,將計算得到的沉降值和實測的對比研究軟件模擬結(jié)果的可靠度,再結(jié)合經(jīng)濟方面綜合評價換填粉煤灰墊層法對于處理山區(qū)軟基的適用性。 根據(jù)依托工程杭瑞高速貴州經(jīng)遵畢段第18合同段的地形特征,選取CFG樁復(fù)合地基法處理軟基,并從技術(shù)上和經(jīng)濟上綜合評價其處理山區(qū)軟基的適用性。技術(shù)上是先對CFG樁復(fù)合地基進行設(shè)計,再從依托工程中監(jiān)測的地基變形數(shù)據(jù),,分析樁身完整性、單樁承載力、復(fù)合地基承載力、樁土應(yīng)力比、地基表層沉降量、分層沉降量,并用PLAXIS軟件建模分析,將計算結(jié)果和實測的結(jié)果對比分析,最后分析持力層剛度、樁距、樁長、褥墊層剛度對CFG樁復(fù)合地基加固效果的影響,再結(jié)合經(jīng)濟方面綜合評價CFG樁復(fù)合地基對山區(qū)軟基處理的適用性,為指導(dǎo)施工提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the western development strategy, the economy of the western region has developed rapidly in recent years, and the highway network in the mountainous area has been gradually improved. Because the terrain and landform of mountain area are quite different from those of plain and coastal area, there are many complicated problems in highway construction in mountain area, especially the treatment of soft soil foundation in mountainous area. The soft soil in mountainous area has its unique engineering characteristics, and some soft soil treatment methods used in plain or coastal area may not achieve the expected treatment effect in the treatment of soft foundation in mountainous area. This makes the mountain soft foundation treatment has become a representative research topic. In this paper, the physical and mechanical characteristics and failure forms of soft soil in Guizhou mountainous area are summarized, and the methods for soft foundation treatment in mountainous area are summarized. According to the characteristics of soft soil in mountain highway, this paper analyzes two typical methods of soft foundation treatment in mountainous area, namely, fly ash cushion method and CFG pile composite foundation method. According to the topographic features of the 16th contract section of the Hangzhou Juanbi section of the Hangrui Expressway Project, the soft foundation was treated with the method of flyash replacement cushion, and the design calculation of the replacement cushion layer was carried out. Based on the deformation data of foundation monitored by pre-embedded settlement plates, the settlement values of the two selected sections are compared and analyzed by using plax software. The reliability of the simulation results of the calculated settlement value and the measured results is compared, and the suitability of the replacement fly ash cushion method for the treatment of soft ground in mountainous area is evaluated in combination with the economic aspects. According to the topographic features of the 18th contract section of the Hangzhou Juanbi section of the Hangrui Expressway Project, the CFG pile composite foundation method was selected to treat the soft foundation, and the applicability of the CFG pile composite foundation method to the treatment of the mountain soft foundation was comprehensively evaluated technically and economically. Technically, the CFG pile composite foundation is designed first, and then the pile integrity, single pile bearing capacity, composite foundation bearing capacity, pile-soil stress ratio, ground surface settlement, layered settlement are analyzed from the foundation deformation data monitored in the project. Finally, the effects of bearing layer stiffness, pile spacing, pile length and cushion stiffness on the reinforcement effect of CFG pile composite foundation are analyzed. Combined with economic aspects, the applicability of CFG pile composite foundation to soft foundation treatment in mountainous area is evaluated comprehensively, which provides the basis for guiding construction.
