動(dòng)荷載下樁承式路堤的承載特性及機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于樁承式路堤作用效應(yīng)的研究目前主要側(cè)重于對(duì)靜荷載作用下樁土應(yīng)力比和土拱效應(yīng)等,較少考慮動(dòng)荷載的影響,而車輛運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)應(yīng)力會(huì)對(duì)路堤中的土拱產(chǎn)生一定的影響,進(jìn)而影響樁承式路堤的整體性能。為了分析靜、動(dòng)荷載作用下樁承式加筋路堤的性能變化,采用可視化模型試驗(yàn)和顆粒流數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)樁承式路堤在靜載和動(dòng)載下的應(yīng)力傳遞和變形性狀進(jìn)行研究,分析動(dòng)載作用下填土高度、樁帽、樁距、加筋形式、荷載頻率的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在動(dòng)載下無(wú)筋路堤的樁頂?shù)膽?yīng)力減小,而樁間的應(yīng)力和位移增大,并且變化的幅度均比加筋路堤大,加筋材料的設(shè)置有利于減小動(dòng)載的影響效應(yīng),但不同加筋形式下樁承式路堤的工作性狀有所不同,受動(dòng)載影響程度的大小主要與土拱效應(yīng)的強(qiáng)弱有關(guān)。設(shè)置雙層加筋時(shí),因加筋材料與周圍砂土形成半剛性平臺(tái),土拱效應(yīng)減弱,故受動(dòng)載影響的程度最小,單層加筋時(shí),格柵設(shè)于樁頂上方10 cm比格柵置于樁頂受動(dòng)載影響的程度明顯減小,顆粒流的模擬結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了以上結(jié)果,并且進(jìn)一步得出隨荷載頻率的增加、填土高度與樁凈距的減小,動(dòng)載的影響效應(yīng)增大的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:At present, the study of pile-supported embankment effect mainly focuses on the pile-soil stress ratio and soil-arch effect under static load, and less on the effect of dynamic load. The dynamic stress caused by vehicle operation will affect the soil arch in the embankment and then affect the overall performance of the pile-supported embankment. In order to analyze the performance change of pile-supported reinforced embankment under static and dynamic loads, the stress transfer and deformation behavior of pile-supported embankment under static and dynamic loads are studied by means of visual model test and numerical simulation of particle flow. The influence of filling height, pile cap, pile spacing, reinforcement form and load frequency are analyzed. The test results show that the stress at the top of the unreinforced embankment under dynamic load decreases, but the stress and displacement between the piles increase, and the amplitude of the change is larger than that of the reinforced embankment. The setting of reinforced material is helpful to reduce the effect of dynamic load. However, the working behavior of pile-supported embankment is different under different reinforcement forms, and the influence degree of dynamic load is mainly related to the strength of soil arch effect. When two layers of reinforcement are installed, the soil arch effect is weakened because the reinforced material forms a semi-rigid platform with the surrounding sand, so it is the least affected by the dynamic load, and when the reinforcement is single layer, The effect of dynamic load on the top of the pile is obviously reduced when the grille is located 10 cm above the top of the pile. The simulation results of particle flow verify the above results, and further show that with the increase of the load frequency, the height of the fill and the net distance between the pile and the soil are decreased. Conclusion that the effect of dynamic load is increased.
