【摘要】：為了滿足城市日益增長的停車需求并緩解市中心交通壓力,在軌道交通停車換乘(PR)條件下,研究區(qū)域停車設施的選址方法及規(guī)模測算方法.基于隨機用戶選擇原理,構建城市中心區(qū)及外圍區(qū)域的停車需求預測Logit模型.以車輛總出行距離最短為目標函數(shù),構建軌道交通PR站選址優(yōu)化模型.提出城市中心區(qū)及外圍PR站的停車場規(guī)模測算方法.以大連市西安路商業(yè)圈為研究對象,開展停車需求調查并分析其特征.依據(jù)調查數(shù)據(jù),進行軌道交通PR站選址規(guī)劃與規(guī)模測算案例研究.研究表明,對于具有軌道交通的城市,該方法較傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方法更有利于引導停車需求在用地空間上的合理分布.
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing parking demand and relieve the traffic pressure in the city center, the location method and scale calculation method of regional parking facilities are studied under the condition of rail transit parking and rider transfer. Based on the principle of random user selection, the Logit model of parking demand prediction in urban center area and peripheral area is constructed. Taking the shortest total travel distance as the objective function, the optimization model of PR station location selection for rail transit is constructed. This paper puts forward the method of calculating the parking lot scale of the central district and the peripheral PR station. Taking Xi'an Road Commercial Circle in Dalian as the research object, the parking demand investigation and its characteristics are carried out. According to the investigation data, the case study on location planning and scale measurement of PR station of rail transit is carried out. The results show that the method is more advantageous than the traditional planning method in guiding the rational distribution of parking demand in the space of land for cities with rail transit.
