【摘要】：棉花是棉紡織品生產(chǎn)的重要原料。近年來,隨著我國(guó)內(nèi)需和出口的增長(zhǎng),棉紡織品的生產(chǎn)需求也日益旺盛。同時(shí),國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于印發(fā)物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃的通知中明確要求加快棉花現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,這些都極大地促進(jìn)了我國(guó)棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)和棉花運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展。目前我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展整體滯后于棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,憶不能適應(yīng)棉紡織企業(yè)對(duì)棉花運(yùn)輸服務(wù)的需求。因此,研究我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸?shù)南嚓P(guān)問題,為棉花運(yùn)輸制定合理的運(yùn)輸方案,對(duì)于降低棉花流通成本,完善我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸服務(wù)體系具有重要意義。 本論文通過現(xiàn)狀梳理,總結(jié)分析了從以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容對(duì)我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸方案優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行研究和探討。 (1)我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展?fàn)顩r及市場(chǎng)分析 總結(jié)了國(guó)外棉花運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展情況,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)棉花運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在主要問題,并對(duì)我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸發(fā)展所面臨的形勢(shì)進(jìn)行了探討,引入了對(duì)棉花運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的分析。通過對(duì)棉花運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的主體構(gòu)成,需求流向特點(diǎn)的分析,從而對(duì)棉花運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的特征進(jìn)行了總結(jié),進(jìn)而提出了我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念及服務(wù)發(fā)展方向。 (2)我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸方案優(yōu)化分析研究 在分析了我國(guó)棉花運(yùn)輸方案優(yōu)化必要性和構(gòu)建了基本原則的基礎(chǔ)上,首先,提出了三種運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)模式特點(diǎn)和適應(yīng)性；其次,通過對(duì)影響棉花運(yùn)輸方式選擇的主要因素的分析,討論了合理的棉花運(yùn)輸方式對(duì)棉紡織企業(yè)庫存影響關(guān)系；最后在對(duì)棉花公路運(yùn)輸路徑優(yōu)化分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了路徑優(yōu)化的計(jì)算方法并形成了最終的棉花運(yùn)輸優(yōu)化方案。 (3)棉花運(yùn)輸方案優(yōu)化選擇實(shí)例分析 通過對(duì)國(guó)花集團(tuán)的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀分析并按照棉花運(yùn)輸方案優(yōu)化的步驟,借助FAHP法、AHP法和廣義費(fèi)用函數(shù)模型,提出了集團(tuán)棉花運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)的合理模式以及運(yùn)輸方式,并計(jì)算出在最佳運(yùn)輸方式下,企業(yè)的在途庫存成本和安全庫存量,同時(shí)運(yùn)用C-W節(jié)約算法對(duì)公路棉花運(yùn)輸路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后提出了分析結(jié)果和實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:Cotton is an important raw material for cotton textile production. In recent years, with the growth of domestic demand and export, cotton textile production demand is increasingly strong. At the same time, the circular issued by the State Council on the plan for readjusting and revitalizing the logistics industry clearly calls for speeding up the development of the modern cotton logistics industry, which has greatly promoted the development of the cotton industry and cotton transportation in China. At present, the development of cotton transportation market in our country lags behind the development of cotton industry, and it can not meet the demand of cotton transportation service of cotton textile enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the related problems of cotton transportation in China and to establish a reasonable transportation scheme for cotton transportation to reduce the cotton circulation cost and improve the cotton transportation service system in China. This paper summarizes and analyzes the optimization of cotton transportation scheme in China from the following aspects through combing the present situation. Development and Market Analysis of Cotton Transportation in China This paper summarizes the development of cotton transportation in foreign countries, analyzes the present situation and main problems of cotton transportation in China, probes into the situation facing the development of cotton transportation in China, and introduces the analysis of cotton transportation market. Based on the analysis of the main body of cotton transportation market and the characteristics of demand flow direction, the characteristics of cotton transportation market are summarized, and the management concept and service development direction of cotton transportation market in China are put forward. Optimization Analysis of Cotton Transportation Scheme in China Based on the analysis of the necessity of cotton transportation scheme optimization and the basic principles of cotton transportation in China, the characteristics and adaptability of three transport modes are put forward, and the main factors influencing the choice of cotton transportation mode are analyzed. This paper discusses the relationship between the reasonable cotton transportation mode and the inventory of cotton textile enterprises, and finally puts forward the calculation method of the route optimization on the basis of the analysis of the cotton road transportation route optimization and forms the final cotton transportation optimization scheme. A case study on optimal selection of Cotton Transportation Scheme Based on the analysis of the present management situation of Guohua Group and according to the steps of cotton transportation scheme optimization, with the aid of FAHP method and generalized cost function model, this paper puts forward the reasonable mode and mode of cotton transportation management in Guohua Group. At the same time, the paper calculates the inventory cost and safety stock of the enterprise under the optimal transportation mode, and optimizes the route of highway cotton transportation by using C-W saving algorithm. Finally, the analysis results and implementation suggestions are put forward.
