山區(qū)公路CFG樁復(fù)合地基沉降預(yù)測(cè)方法研究及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:山區(qū)軟土地基不僅具有承載力低、沉降量大、固結(jié)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等不利的工程特性,而且還具有復(fù)雜、隱蔽、不均勻等獨(dú)有的不利特性,其潛在的工后沉降易對(duì)道路結(jié)構(gòu)及交通運(yùn)營安全造成危害。因此不僅需要對(duì)軟基進(jìn)行合理的處理,也需要對(duì)處理后的地基進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的沉降預(yù)測(cè),利用相關(guān)工程資料,選取合理的沉降預(yù)測(cè)方法及模型預(yù)測(cè)地基沉降對(duì)控制施工進(jìn)度、安排施工組織、確定分層填筑高度、間歇時(shí)間以及預(yù)壓時(shí)間提供一定的指導(dǎo),具有一定理論價(jià)值和工程意義。 論文以貴州省交通運(yùn)輸廳科技項(xiàng)目《貴州山區(qū)高速公路軟基處理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與示范工程》為依托,,結(jié)合了杭瑞高速貴州段遵畢高速公路第十八合同段內(nèi)的軟土地基處理方法,對(duì)山區(qū)公路CFG樁復(fù)合地基沉降預(yù)測(cè)的方法進(jìn)行研究。本文主要完成了以下幾個(gè)方面的研究工作: ①將CFG樁復(fù)合地基運(yùn)用到山區(qū)軟基處理中,對(duì)復(fù)合地基承載力計(jì)算、沉降變形理論及沉降量計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)示范工程CFG樁復(fù)合地基進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。 ②介紹了目前常用的基于實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的預(yù)測(cè)方法,并著重研究了該類方法中的曲線擬合法、灰色系統(tǒng)模型及神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的原理、計(jì)算過程及適用范圍。選取了三種具有代表性的方法:泊松曲線法、GM(1,1)及BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法,在其原理指導(dǎo)下,利用MATLAB軟件編制了沉降預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)測(cè)方法系統(tǒng)的集成與應(yīng)用,并以依托工程的實(shí)測(cè)沉降數(shù)據(jù)為例,運(yùn)用于沉降數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。 ③利用Plaxis有限元分析軟件對(duì)CFG樁復(fù)合地基沉降進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,將沉降預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)沉降數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 ④在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行了CFG樁復(fù)合地基的土工離心試驗(yàn),觀測(cè)整個(gè)路基模型的變形與沉降;同時(shí),將土工離心試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中各方法的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果和有限元的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)一步對(duì)CFG樁復(fù)合地基沉降進(jìn)行分析研究。
[Abstract]:The soft soil foundation in mountainous area not only has the unfavorable engineering characteristics such as low bearing capacity, large settlement and long consolidation time, but also has the unique unfavorable characteristics such as complexity, concealment, non-uniformity, etc. The potential post-construction settlement is likely to endanger road structure and traffic safety. Therefore, it is necessary not only to carry on the reasonable treatment to the soft foundation, but also to carry on the accurate settlement forecast to the treated foundation, uses the related engineering data, selects the reasonable settlement forecast method and the model to forecast the foundation settlement to control the construction progress, It is of theoretical value and engineering significance to arrange construction organization, to determine the height of layered filling, intermittent time and preloading time to provide some guidance. Based on the key technology research and demonstration project of soft foundation treatment of Guizhou Mountain Expressway, the paper combines the soft foundation treatment method in the 18th contract section of the Junbi Expressway of Hangzhou and Rui Expressway. The settlement prediction method of CFG pile composite foundation for mountain highway is studied. This paper mainly completed the following aspects of the research: The main contents are as follows: 1. The CFG pile composite foundation is applied to the soft foundation treatment in mountainous area. The bearing capacity calculation, settlement deformation theory and settlement calculation method of the composite foundation are expounded, and the design calculation of the CFG pile composite foundation of the demonstration project is carried out. (2) this paper introduces the commonly used prediction methods based on measured data, and emphatically studies the principle, calculation process and application scope of curve fitting method, grey system model and neural network in this kind of method. Three representative methods are selected: Poisson curve method and BP neural network method. Under the guidance of its principle, the settlement prediction system is compiled by using MATLAB software, and the integration and application of the prediction method system are realized. Taking the measured settlement data of the project as an example, it is applied to the settlement data prediction system. (3) the settlement of CFG pile composite foundation is simulated by using Plaxis finite element analysis software, and the calculated results of settlement prediction system are compared with the measured settlement data. (4) the geotechnical centrifugation test of CFG pile composite foundation is carried out indoors to observe the deformation and settlement of the whole subgrade model, and at the same time, The results of geotechnical centrifuge test are compared with the prediction results of various methods in the prediction system and the numerical simulation results of finite element method. The settlement of CFG pile composite foundation is further analyzed and studied.
