【摘要】：論文詳細介紹監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)、外高速公路上發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，綜合分析了高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在美國、加拿大日本和歐洲等國家的實施方法和成功經(jīng)驗，研究了高速公路機電工程中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在我國發(fā)展和應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀。闡述了高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的作用、工作流程、提出監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的幾個關(guān)鍵性問題和設(shè)計原則。明確了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)一般的構(gòu)成，論述了各主要子系統(tǒng)的功能。 在此基礎(chǔ)上，，從技術(shù)性能、經(jīng)濟效益以及服務(wù)水平等三個方面給出了高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)評估的指標體系以及相應(yīng)的評分標準。并給出了高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的評價過程以及評價模型，以內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特至殺虎口的高速公路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)為實例，分別采用三個不同的專家對監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的原有設(shè)計方案和改進方案的相關(guān)指標進行打分，進一步采用了層次分析方法以及群決策方法對專家打分進行了全面的計算對比。結(jié)果表明原有方案是接近良好的水平，而改進方案達到了良好水平。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the current situation of the development of the monitoring system in China and on the highway outside, and analyzes the highway monitoring system in the United States and Canada. Based on the implementation methods and successful experiences of Japan and Europe, the present situation of the development and application of monitoring system in freeway electromechanical engineering in China is studied. This paper expounds the function and work flow of the expressway monitoring system, and puts forward several key problems and design principles of the monitoring system. The general composition of the monitoring system is clarified, and the functions of the main subsystems are discussed. On this basis, the evaluation index system of expressway monitoring system and the corresponding scoring standard are given from three aspects: technical performance, economic benefit and service level. The evaluation process and evaluation model of expressway monitoring system are given. Taking the expressway monitoring system from Hohhot to Huhukou in Inner Mongolia as an example, Three different experts are used to score the original design scheme and the improved scheme of the monitoring system. Furthermore, the AHP method and the group decision method are used to compare and calculate the expert score comprehensively. The results show that the original scheme is close to a good level, while the improved scheme reaches a good level.
