【摘要】:我國(guó)上世紀(jì)90年代建好的高速公路,在持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)的交通量下,,公路服務(wù)水平明顯降低,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的需要。目前,全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的高速公路都進(jìn)入了改擴(kuò)建階段。由于高速公路改擴(kuò)建期間施工路段的擁堵、交通事故頻發(fā)等嚴(yán)重影響道路安全運(yùn)行。因此,開(kāi)展對(duì)高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程交通組織和施工作業(yè)區(qū)布置的研究顯得十分迫切。 本文以杭金衢高速公路義烏至金華段改擴(kuò)建工程為依托,討論了高速公路改擴(kuò)建交通組織的設(shè)計(jì)原則以及分流原則和方案,分別為安全原則、邊通車邊施工原則、暢通原則、確保施工進(jìn)度原則、效益最佳原則; 對(duì)于特殊工點(diǎn),主要是一般單喇叭互通立交施工路段,上溪互通施工路段,金華樞紐改造,人行(機(jī)耕)天橋拆除原位重建或移位重建交通組織路段和橋梁換板施工等所采取的有針對(duì)性的交通組織設(shè)計(jì); 對(duì)改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)設(shè)施的設(shè)置進(jìn)行了規(guī)定,明確了作業(yè)安全標(biāo)志的擺放與拆除的要點(diǎn)與要求。
[Abstract]:In -10s, the highway built in China, under the sustained rapid growth of traffic volume, the level of highway service has been significantly reduced, has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of social economy. More and more expressways throughout the country have entered the stage of reconstruction and extension. Due to the congestion of construction sections during the period of highway reconstruction and extension, frequent traffic accidents and other serious impact on road safety operation. It is urgent to carry out research on traffic organization and operation area layout of expressway reconstruction and extension project. Based on the reconstruction and extension project between Yiwu and Jinhua section of Hangjin-qu expressway, this paper discusses the design principle, shunt principle and scheme of highway reconstruction and expansion, which are respectively safety principles. The principle of construction while opening to traffic, the principle of smooth flow, the principle of ensuring construction schedule and the principle of optimal benefit; For special work points, it is mainly the construction section of the general single horn interchange, the construction section of Shangxi interworking, and the reconstruction of Jinhua hub. The targeted traffic organization design adopted by the people's Bank of China (machine ploughing) flyover demolition in situ reconstruction or displacement reconstruction of traffic organization section and bridge plate replacement construction etc.; The installation of the facilities in the operation area for reconstruction and extension is stipulated, and the key points and requirements for the placement and demolition of the work safety signs are made clear.
