輪盤止口定心傳扭結(jié)構(gòu)配合面過盈量估算方法

【摘要】:針對渦槳發(fā)動機壓氣機輪盤止口定心傳扭結(jié)構(gòu)配合面過盈量開展研究,為其設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)。基于拉梅公式并考慮離心載荷的作用建立套裝圓筒的力學(xué)模型,利用胡克定律和變形協(xié)調(diào)方程建立套裝圓筒在高轉(zhuǎn)速下配合面過盈量與剩余套裝應(yīng)力、轉(zhuǎn)速之間的關(guān)系,進而導(dǎo)出輪盤過盈傳扭結(jié)構(gòu)配合面過盈量與扭矩、轉(zhuǎn)速之間的關(guān)系,提出一種在一定工況下配合面最小過盈量的估算方法,為輪盤止口定心傳扭結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和分析提供了理論依據(jù),具有工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of turboprop engine compressor disk stop centering torsional structure interference is studied. Based on the Lamei formula and considering the action of centrifugal load, the mechanical model of the cylinder is established, and the relationship between the interference of the fit surface and the stress and speed of the residual set at high speed is established by using Hook's law and deformation coordination equation, and then the relationship between the interference of the fit surface and the torque and rotational speed of the wheel disk interference and torsional structure is derived, and an estimation method of the minimum interference of the matching surface under certain working conditions is put forward. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the centering torsional structure at the end of the wheel, and has the value of engineering application.
