泡沫夾芯結(jié)構(gòu)雙側(cè)挖補(bǔ)法修理分析與試驗(yàn)探討

【摘要】:以泡沫夾芯結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,通過四點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn)研究了完好結(jié)構(gòu)、損傷后結(jié)構(gòu)和采用雙側(cè)挖補(bǔ)法復(fù)合材料補(bǔ)片修理后結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,試件未在修理區(qū)域破壞,而是遠(yuǎn)離修理區(qū)的加載處泡沫芯材破壞;試件中心點(diǎn)處應(yīng)變相同時(shí),修補(bǔ)后結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力小于完好件承載能力的80%.文中對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因和解決措施進(jìn)行了探討.另外,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)以上幾種結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了模擬分析,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好.
[Abstract]:With the structure of the foam sandwich as the research object, the structure of the intact structure, the post-damage structure and the bearing capacity of the post-repair structure of the composite patch with double-sided excavation are studied by four-point bending test. The test results show that the test piece is not damaged in the repair area, but the foam core material is broken away from the loading part of the repair area; when the strain at the center point of the test piece is the same, the bearing capacity of the repaired structure is less than 80% of the bearing capacity of the intact piece. The causes and solutions of these problems are discussed in this paper. In addition, using the ABAQUS finite element software, the above structures are simulated and analyzed, and the result of the analysis is in good agreement with the test results.
