基于冗余技術(shù)的自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:自升式海洋平臺(tái)因其優(yōu)越的結(jié)構(gòu)性能、良好的深水適應(yīng)能力和低廉的維護(hù)成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而迅速發(fā)展成為海洋鉆井平臺(tái)中的主力軍。由于惡劣的海洋環(huán)境對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)不斷的侵蝕以及某些人為因素的影響,平臺(tái)安全事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,給世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境造成了巨大的損失和破壞。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文以自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、升降過(guò)程等進(jìn)行深入研究,開發(fā)了自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降控制系統(tǒng);赑ROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線、OPC、變頻調(diào)速以及PLC軟冗余等技術(shù),針對(duì)自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了控制系統(tǒng)總體方案。從該系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和功能出發(fā),搭建了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的硬件平臺(tái)。分析了系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控參數(shù);詳細(xì)研究了平臺(tái)自平衡模塊和齒輪組載荷均衡模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理;利用PROFIBUS DP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)變頻器的通訊控;利用模塊化的編程方法完成了對(duì)下位機(jī)控制程序的開發(fā)。為提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性,利用西門子冗余軟件包,完成了對(duì)軟冗余系統(tǒng)的程序開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了主/備系統(tǒng)之間的冗余切換功能。考慮到升降控制系統(tǒng)大量的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)需要,利用SQL Server 2012開發(fā)了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并通過(guò)ADO技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的訪問(wèn)。然后在STEP7和SIMATIC NET 2010軟件中配置了OPC服務(wù)器,通過(guò)開發(fā)OPC客戶端實(shí)現(xiàn)了上下位機(jī)之間的信息交互,解決了控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)源問(wèn)題。最后在VB.NET平臺(tái)上開發(fā)了自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶管理、過(guò)程監(jiān)控、故障報(bào)警以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等功能。最后,通過(guò)搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)原型系統(tǒng),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的基于PLC軟冗余技術(shù)的自升式海洋平臺(tái)升降控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The jack-up offshore platform has become the main force in offshore drilling platform because of its excellent structural performance, good deep water adaptability and low maintenance cost. Due to the unceasing erosion of the marine environment and the influence of some man-made factors, the platform safety accidents occur from time to time, resulting in great loss and damage to the world economy and environment. Aiming at the above problems, this paper takes the jack-up offshore platform lifting system as the research object, deeply studies its structure characteristics, lifting process and so on, and develops the jack-up offshore platform lifting control system. Based on PROFIBUS fieldbus OPC, frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC soft redundancy, the overall scheme of the control system is designed according to the characteristics and control requirements of the jack-up offshore platform lift system. Based on the characteristics and functions of the system, the hardware platform of the system is built. The monitoring parameters of the system are analyzed, the realization principle of the self-balancing module and the load equalization module of gear group are studied in detail, and the communication control of inverter is realized by using PROFIBUS / DP fieldbus technology. The programming method of modularization is used to complete the development of the control program of the lower computer. In order to improve the reliability of the system, the software development of soft redundancy system is completed by using Siemens redundancy software package, and the redundancy switching function between main and backup systems is realized. Considering the need of large amount of data storage in the ascending and descending control system, the database of the system is developed by using SQL Server 2012, and the access to the database is realized through the technology of ADO. Then the OPC server is configured in STEP7 and SIMATIC net 2010 software. The data source problem of the control system is solved by developing the OPC client to realize the information exchange between the upper and lower computers. Finally, the application program of elevating control system of jack-up offshore platform is developed on VB.NET platform, which realizes the functions of user management, process monitoring, fault alarm and statistical analysis. Finally, by building the prototype system of the experiment, the designed lifting control system of offshore platform based on PLC soft redundancy technology is preliminarily verified.
