摘要:
文章運(yùn)用用戶體驗(yàn)量化相關(guān)理論,將用戶體驗(yàn)量化與政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合,提出從公眾體驗(yàn)量化角度評(píng)價(jià)政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量的方法。通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有電子服務(wù)用戶體驗(yàn)量化指標(biāo)的分析,結(jié)合政府電子信息服務(wù)的特點(diǎn),分析政府電子信息服務(wù)公眾體驗(yàn)的層次,提出公眾體驗(yàn)量化指標(biāo),,在理論層面上構(gòu)建政府電子信息服務(wù)公眾體驗(yàn)量化概念模型,為下一步實(shí)證分析提供研究框架。
Abstract:
This paper puts forward a method to evaluate the quality of G-EIS in the view of the public experi-ence quantification based on the theories relating to UX quantification. The indicators of public experience quantifica-tion is proposed after analyzing the indicators of electronic service user experience quantification, which is also com-bined with the characteristics of the G-EIS. Furthermore, a conceptual model for G-EIS has been constructed in theo-ry. It can provide a research framework to the further empirical research.
