風(fēng)電全功率變流器參數(shù)對(duì)可靠性的影響分析
[Abstract]:The random variation of wind speed makes the wind power converter deal with the varying power, which leads to the fluctuation of the device temperature and affects the reliable operation of the converter. The existing reliability evaluation of wind power converter based on a working state can not reflect the effect of temperature fluctuation on the reliability of converter caused by random variation of load. The main forms of power device failure are aluminum bonding line failure and solder layer fatigue. In this paper, the reliability evaluation model and method are given, and the switching frequency is analyzed. The effect of power factor and heat dissipation resistance on the reliability of wind power converter is verified by 1MW permanent magnet synchronous wind generator (PMSG) combined with actual wind speed and temperature data. The results show that the change of switching frequency and heat dissipation resistance have great influence on the reliability of converter. According to the conclusion of the analysis, the feasibility of improving the reliability of the converter by using variable frequency or variable heat dissipation condition is discussed, considering the probability distribution of wind speed and considering the actual working environment of wind power converter. The results show that the reliability of the converter can be improved by changing the switching frequency and heat dissipation condition according to the wind speed and other working conditions.
