風光儲協(xié)調控制策略研究

【摘要】:由于風電、光伏等新能源發(fā)電具有間歇性和波動性等特點,新能源發(fā)電的大規(guī)模接入引起的發(fā)電出力波動所造成的電網電壓及頻率波動的問題越來越嚴重。因此,引入大容量儲能系統(tǒng)是今后增加電網儲備,增大風電和光伏等新能源發(fā)電接入比例的重要手段,在新能源的接納及電網的安全穩(wěn)定運行方面具有關鍵作用。通過應用儲能系統(tǒng)構建風光儲系統(tǒng)協(xié)調風光功率與電網間波動的控制方案逐漸得到關注。 本文對風、光功率特性進行分析,基于二者間天然的互補特性及儲能實時充放電的特性構成了風光儲聯(lián)合發(fā)電系統(tǒng)。針對風光出力的隨機性,波動性等特點,提出一種基于加權移動平均自適應濾波算法的儲能系統(tǒng)平滑控制策略。該方法根據風光功率的波動程度與當前儲能系統(tǒng)的荷電狀態(tài)(state of charge, SOC),通過實時調整權重系數和濾波帶寬有效平滑功率,協(xié)調風光儲發(fā)電系統(tǒng)與電網間的功率波動。最后,將波動率約束條件考慮到風光儲協(xié)調控制策略中,并通過某示范單位風光功率歷史數據在MATLAB上編程實現(xiàn)了該控制策略。仿真結果驗證了該策略的有效性和正確性,為風光儲聯(lián)合發(fā)電系統(tǒng)協(xié)調控制提供了可靠的依據。
[Abstract]:Because of the intermittent and fluctuating characteristics of new energy generation such as wind power, photovoltaic and so on, the problem of voltage and frequency fluctuation caused by the fluctuation of power generation force caused by large-scale new energy generation is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, the introduction of large capacity energy storage system is an important means to increase the power grid reserve and increase the proportion of new energy generation, such as wind power and photovoltaic, which plays a key role in the acceptance of new energy and the safe and stable operation of power grid. Through the application of energy storage system, the control scheme to coordinate the fluctuation between wind power and power grid has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the wind and optical power characteristics are analyzed. Based on the natural complementary characteristics between them and the characteristics of real time charge and discharge of energy storage, the combined wind and storage power generation system is constructed. In view of the randomness and volatility of wind-output force, a smoothing control strategy for energy storage system based on weighted moving average adaptive filtering algorithm is proposed. According to the fluctuation degree of the wind power and the current charging state of the energy storage system, the method adjusts the weight coefficient and the effective smooth power of the filter bandwidth in real time, and coordinates the power fluctuation between the solar power storage system and the power network. Finally, the volatility constraint condition is taken into account in the coordinated control strategy of wind and storage, and the control strategy is realized by programming on MATLAB through a demonstration unit wind power history data. The simulation results verify the validity and correctness of the strategy and provide a reliable basis for coordinated control of the combined generation system.
