基于自抗擾控制的新型直線電機(jī)軌跡跟蹤研究

【摘要】:為了研究新型直線電機(jī)的軌跡跟蹤性能,在推導(dǎo)出的直線電機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于自抗擾控制器的位置單閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)和電流、速度、位置三閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,自抗擾控制算法可以有效地抑制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中參數(shù)的不確定性以及摩擦等外部擾動(dòng)的影響,從而保證跟蹤精度。同時(shí),三閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)可以獲得比單閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)更快的響應(yīng)速度和更高的跟蹤精度。
[Abstract]:In order to study the trajectory tracking performance of a new type of linear motor, based on the derived dynamic model of linear motor, the position single closed loop control system and the current, speed and position three closed loop control system based on the auto disturbance rejection controller are proposed. The simulation and experimental results show that the ADRC algorithm can effectively suppress the uncertainties of parameters and the effects of external disturbances such as friction during the operation of the system, thus ensuring the tracking accuracy. At the same time, the three-loop control system can achieve faster response speed and higher tracking accuracy than the single closed-loop control system.
