山西焦煤集團礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)防雷技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:煤礦的礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)是煤礦開采作業(yè)的動力來源,隨著礦區(qū)煤炭的產(chǎn)量和規(guī)模不斷擴大,礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)的安全和可靠顯得尤為重要。近幾年來,雷害事故增多給山西焦煤集團在安全和經(jīng)濟上帶來的威脅逐步凸顯,引起了企業(yè)的重視。為保證煤礦井下的安全作業(yè),企業(yè)以提高礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的供電能力為中心,開展礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)相關(guān)的防雷工作。本論文以山西焦煤集團礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)為實例,對煤礦企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵處(變電站、風機房和瓦斯抽放站)進行相應的防雷問題研究。本文以焦煤集團汾西礦區(qū)柳西110kV變電站兩臺主變被損壞的事故為切入點,通過現(xiàn)場實地調(diào)研了解了礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)所使用的防雷措施、礦區(qū)整體的雷害特征和相關(guān)事故情況。同時,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行了變電站現(xiàn)場試驗,得到了礦區(qū)變電站的數(shù)據(jù)指標。并通過從現(xiàn)場獲取的線路絕緣子進行了高壓實驗室試驗分析,獲取了現(xiàn)場線路耐雷水平和絕緣子電氣特性等數(shù)據(jù)。通過這些可靠數(shù)據(jù)對礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)的防雷問題進行理論分析,找出其存在的問題的根源所在,如:絕緣水平不匹配、設(shè)備使用和安裝上的問題和雷電沖擊局部電壓過高等。根據(jù)焦煤礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)防雷問題分別針對礦區(qū)變電站、礦區(qū)線路、風機房直配線路和瓦斯抽放站提出了各自相對應的防雷改造措施。主要有:線路設(shè)置進行段保護、變電站進行沖擊優(yōu)化接地改造、瓦抽站的新型防雷改造和風機房直配線路精細化防雷保護等。本文提出的針對礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)的改造措施在焦煤集團汾西礦區(qū)進行了相應的改造應用,經(jīng)過一年時間的實踐運行證明各項改造均達到了預期的設(shè)定的目標,防雷改造效果良好,礦區(qū)沒有出現(xiàn)設(shè)備遭受雷擊損壞的事故。
[Abstract]:The power grid of coal mining area is the power source of coal mining. With the continuous expansion of coal production and scale, the safety and reliability of mining power grid is particularly important. In recent years, the increasing number of lightning accidents to Shanxi Coking Coal Group in the security and economic threats gradually highlighted, attracted the attention of enterprises. In order to ensure the safe operation of underground coal mine, the enterprises focus on improving the continuous and stable power supply ability of the mining power network, and carry out the lightning protection work related to the mining power grid. Taking Shanxi Coking Coal Group Power Grid as an example, this paper studies the key points (substation, fan house and gas drainage station) of coal mine enterprises. Based on the damage accident of two main transformers in Liuxi 110kV Substation of Fenxi Mining area of Coking Coal Group, the lightning protection measures used in mining power network, the lightning damage characteristics and related accidents in the whole mining area are investigated in this paper. At the same time, the field test of substation is carried out according to the problems found in the field, and the data index of substation in mining area is obtained. Through the high voltage laboratory test and analysis of the line insulators obtained from the field, the lightning resistance level and the electrical characteristics of the insulators are obtained. Based on these reliable data, the lightning protection problem of mining power network is theoretically analyzed, and the root causes of the problems are found out, such as the mismatch of insulation level, the problems in the use and installation of equipment and the over-high local voltage of lightning impulse, etc. According to the lightning protection problem of power network in coal mining area, the corresponding lightning protection measures are put forward for substation, mine line, direct distribution line of fan house and gas drainage station respectively. The main measures are as follows: line installation for segment protection, substation for impact optimization and grounding transformation, new type of lightning protection for the tile pumping station and fine lightning protection for the direct distribution line in the wind turbine room, and so on. The transformation measures proposed in this paper have been applied in Fenxi Coal Mining area of Coking Coal Group. After one year's practice, it has been proved that all the revamping has reached the expected target, and the lightning protection retrofit effect is good. There was no accident of lightning damage to equipment in the mine.
