基于特征提取和分類算法的微電網(wǎng)孤島檢測(cè)模型

【摘要】:近年來(lái),微電網(wǎng)成為電力系統(tǒng)研究的熱點(diǎn)。目前,分布式電源(Distributed Generation, DG)大規(guī)模并網(wǎng)過(guò)程中仍存在很多問(wèn)題,DG的發(fā)電能力不能充分發(fā)揮,微電網(wǎng)靈活、智能的控制方式為這一問(wèn)題提供了新的解決思路,可以提高供電可靠性;微電網(wǎng)中DG多采用可再生能源,清潔無(wú)污染,符合保護(hù)環(huán)境的理念;微電網(wǎng)還可作為超高壓、遠(yuǎn)距離電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)的補(bǔ)充供電方式。但是,微電網(wǎng)發(fā)揮上述優(yōu)勢(shì)有賴于孤島檢測(cè)問(wèn)題的有效解決,微電網(wǎng)孤島檢測(cè)問(wèn)題的研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 目前學(xué)者們提出的孤島檢測(cè)方法主要針對(duì)單個(gè)逆變器,主要包括基于通信手段的孤島檢測(cè)方法、主動(dòng)式孤島檢測(cè)法和被動(dòng)式孤島檢測(cè)法;谕ㄐ诺臋z測(cè)方法準(zhǔn)確可靠,主要限制在于成本高,目前實(shí)用困難,隨著智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè),特別是智能配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,有一定潛力;主動(dòng)法檢測(cè)盲區(qū)小、靈敏性較高,但是會(huì)引起電能質(zhì)量下降,且不適用于多個(gè)逆變器;被動(dòng)法原理簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)現(xiàn)容易,對(duì)電能質(zhì)量無(wú)不良影響,但是無(wú)法避免較大的檢測(cè)盲區(qū)。 本文介紹了微電網(wǎng)的概念及世界各國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究了微電網(wǎng)并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行和孤島運(yùn)行這兩種運(yùn)行模式,分析了計(jì)劃孤島運(yùn)行的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和非計(jì)劃孤島運(yùn)行帶來(lái)的危害;指出了目前對(duì)孤島效應(yīng)的兩種原則立場(chǎng):反孤島策略和孤島運(yùn)行的利用。研究了孤島檢測(cè)的原理及特性,提出了孤島檢測(cè)的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和指標(biāo),分析了現(xiàn)有的孤島檢測(cè)方法和其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),指出了孤島不易檢測(cè)出的主要原因,提出了新的基于特征提取和分類算法的孤島檢測(cè)方法。研究了ELM的基本理論,建立了基于特征提取和分類算法的微電網(wǎng)孤島檢測(cè)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了微電網(wǎng)孤島檢測(cè)模型的離線參數(shù)尋優(yōu)和在線檢測(cè),利用PSCAD仿真軟件搭建了微電網(wǎng)模型,利用Matlab仿真軟件搭建了孤島檢測(cè)模型,通過(guò)仿真計(jì)算驗(yàn)證了孤島檢測(cè)方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, microgrid has become a hot spot in power system research. At present, there are still many problems in the process of large-scale grid connection of distributed Generation (DG). The generation capacity of DG can not be brought into full play. The microgrid is flexible, and the intelligent control mode provides a new way to solve this problem, which can improve the reliability of power supply. In microgrid, DG mostly adopts renewable energy, clean and pollution-free, which is in line with the idea of protecting the environment. Microgrid can also be used as a supplementary power supply mode for ultra-high voltage and long-distance power network. However, the advantage of microgrid depends on the effective solution of islanding detection problem, and the research of islanding detection problem in micro-grid has important theoretical and practical significance. At present, the islanding detection methods proposed by scholars are mainly aimed at single inverter, including islanding detection method based on communication means, active islanding detection method and passive islanding detection method. The detection method based on communication is accurate and reliable, the main limitation lies in the high cost and the practical difficulty at present. With the construction of smart grid, especially the development of smart distribution network, it has a certain potential, and the active method has small blind area and high sensitivity. The passive method is simple in principle, easy to realize and has no adverse effect on the power quality, but it can not avoid a large blind spot. This paper introduces the concept of microgrid and the development status of countries in the world, studies the two operation modes of microgrid grid-connected operation and islanding operation, and analyzes the advantages of planned islanding operation and the harm caused by unplanned islanding operation. This paper points out two kinds of principle positions on islanding effect: anti-islanding strategy and utilization of islanding operation. This paper studies the principle and characteristics of islanding detection, puts forward the main standards and indexes of islanding detection, analyzes the existing detection methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and points out the main reasons for the difficulty of islanding detection. A new islanding detection method based on feature extraction and classification algorithm is proposed. In this paper, the basic theory of ELM is studied, and the detection model of isolated island in microgrid based on feature extraction and classification algorithm is established. The off-line parameter optimization and on-line detection of the detection model of isolated island in micro-grid are realized. The micro-grid model is built by using PSCAD simulation software. The model of islanding detection is built with Matlab simulation software, and the effectiveness of the detection method is verified by simulation calculation.
