大型風(fēng)電機組輪轂疲勞分析方法的研究

【摘要】:基于風(fēng)電機組輪轂有限元分析模型,對兆瓦級風(fēng)電機組輪轂疲勞損傷進(jìn)行研究。利用葉素動量理論和慣性載荷計算得到動態(tài)疲勞載荷譜,結(jié)合輪轂材料力學(xué)性能,計算得出S-N曲線。有限元分析結(jié)果表明,多平均應(yīng)力S-N曲線能較好地應(yīng)用于平均應(yīng)力修正,且當(dāng)輪轂表面主應(yīng)力方向有變化時,使用關(guān)鍵面法疲勞損傷模型分析更合適。以兆瓦級風(fēng)電機組為例,對輪轂進(jìn)行疲勞計算,得到具有較高指導(dǎo)意義的疲勞分析方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the finite element analysis model of wind turbine hub, the fatigue damage of megawatt wind turbine hub is studied. The dynamic fatigue load spectrum was obtained by using the momentum theory of leaf element and the inertia load calculation. The S-N curve was calculated by combining with the mechanical properties of the hub material. The results of finite element analysis show that the S-N curve of multiple mean stress can be applied to the correction of average stress, and when the direction of principal stress on the surface of hub changes, the fatigue damage model using the key plane method is more suitable. Taking megawatt wind turbine as an example, the fatigue analysis method of wheel hub is obtained.
