【摘要】：電力高峰負(fù)荷的不斷攀升以及間歇式新能源的大規(guī)模并網(wǎng)增加了電網(wǎng)調(diào)度的難度,將需求響應(yīng)資源融入傳統(tǒng)發(fā)電日前調(diào)度計(jì)劃將豐富電網(wǎng)調(diào)度的模式。針對需求響應(yīng)資源數(shù)量多、分布廣、難以直接控制等特點(diǎn),文中設(shè)計(jì)了包含多種類型電力終端用戶的負(fù)荷代理與電網(wǎng)調(diào)度中心的互動機(jī)制,綜合考慮不同需求響應(yīng)資源的調(diào)度成本以及其他負(fù)荷代理的不完全信息,負(fù)荷代理以自身利潤最大為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分散決策。針對需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目可能導(dǎo)致電力公司收益減少而影響其開展相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的積極性,電力公司以自身利潤最優(yōu)進(jìn)行發(fā)用電資源的統(tǒng)一優(yōu)化�；贗EEE 39節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)算例,通過分析計(jì)及互動調(diào)度前后發(fā)電機(jī)出力變化、電力公司的調(diào)度成本和利潤以及負(fù)荷代理的收益,說明了所提需求響應(yīng)互動調(diào)度模型有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)電力公司和負(fù)荷代理的"雙贏"。
[Abstract]:The increasing peak load and the large-scale interconnection of intermittent new energy increase the difficulty of power grid scheduling. Integrating the demand response resources into the traditional generation day scheduling plan will enrich the power grid dispatching mode. In view of the characteristics of large quantity of demand response resources, wide distribution and difficulty in direct control, this paper designs an interactive mechanism between load agent and power grid dispatching center, which includes many kinds of power end-users. Considering the scheduling cost of different demand response resources and the incomplete information of other load agents, load agents make decentralized decisions with the goal of maximizing their own profits. In view of the demand response project may cause the power company to reduce its income and affect its enthusiasm to carry out related projects, the power company optimizes the power generation resources by its own profit. Based on the IEEE 39-bus system, by analyzing the generator output changes before and after the interactive dispatching, the dispatching cost and profit of the power company and the income of the load agent are analyzed. It is shown that the proposed interactive demand response scheduling model is conducive to the realization of "win-win" between the power company and the load agent.
