【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,電力行業(yè)已經(jīng)逐步成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要部門,承擔(dān)著為其他行業(yè)提供基礎(chǔ)能源支持的重要職責(zé),因此電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與服務(wù)水平對(duì)于整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著重要的促進(jìn)作用,也和社會(huì)民生之間存在著密切的關(guān)聯(lián)。因此,世界各國(guó)對(duì)于電力行業(yè)都給予了高度重視,并將其作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向,并在電力行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)提供能源保障,電力能源的生產(chǎn)與調(diào)度工作效率對(duì)于整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)水平與質(zhì)量有著重要的影響。目前,成都電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度比較快,傳統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行調(diào)度和監(jiān)控管理模式已經(jīng)逐步顯現(xiàn)出不適應(yīng)的態(tài)勢(shì),對(duì)于成都電網(wǎng)的集約化發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的障礙。由于電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)度監(jiān)控軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行和建設(shè)起著至關(guān)重要的作用,是電力能源生產(chǎn)與調(diào)度工作中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。在此背景下,為了響應(yīng)國(guó)家電力部門提出的電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控自動(dòng)化和數(shù)字化的發(fā)展需求,滿足成都地區(qū)當(dāng)前的電力用戶對(duì)于電能供應(yīng)的實(shí)際需求,成都電網(wǎng)在對(duì)當(dāng)前的電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控工作業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分析與考察的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研發(fā)電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控軟件系統(tǒng)的工作任務(wù)。本文以該系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,通過分析當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)在電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域中存在的問題,對(duì)電力調(diào)度的自動(dòng)化與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化問題進(jìn)行了分析與研究,并結(jié)合成都市電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的實(shí)際情況對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求分析工作進(jìn)行考察,提出了系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能需求。同時(shí)采用軟件工程的相關(guān)理論和方法論對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)以及核心功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)工作進(jìn)行了研究與分析。在功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置上,該系統(tǒng)主要包括了SCADA子系統(tǒng)、GIS地理空間軟件系統(tǒng)以及DAS數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)軟件系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)SCADA子系統(tǒng)的功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和功能實(shí)現(xiàn)工作進(jìn)行了研究與探討,并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試工作進(jìn)行分析和驗(yàn)證。本論文研究的電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)于整個(gè)成都電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度工作效率的提升有著重要的促進(jìn)作用。目前,電力調(diào)度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功上線運(yùn)行,總體運(yùn)行情況良好,滿足了最初的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the electric power industry has gradually become an important sector of the national economy, taking on the important responsibility of providing basic energy support for other industries. Therefore, the development level and service level of electric power industry plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole national economy, and also has a close relationship with the people's livelihood. Therefore, countries all over the world attach great importance to the electric power industry and regard it as the key development direction in the national economic system, and provide energy security for other industries on the basis of the rapid development of the power industry. The efficiency of power energy production and dispatch has an important influence on the service level and quality of the whole power system. At present, the economic development of Chengdu power grid is relatively fast, the traditional power grid operation, dispatching and monitoring management mode has gradually shown an unsuitable situation, which has created a serious obstacle to the intensive development of Chengdu power grid. As the power system dispatching monitoring software system plays a vital role in the operation and construction of the whole power network, it is a key link in the power energy production and dispatch work. In this context, in order to respond to the development demand of automation and digitalization of power dispatching monitoring and control proposed by the national electric power department, and to meet the actual demand for power supply of the current electric power users in Chengdu area, Based on the analysis and investigation of the current power dispatching monitoring work in Chengdu Power Grid, the task of developing the power dispatching monitoring software system is put forward. Taking the system as the research object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the field of power dispatching monitoring and control in China, and analyzes and studies the automation and networking of power dispatching. Combined with the actual operation of Chengdu power grid, the requirement analysis work of the system is investigated, and the functional requirements of the system are put forward. At the same time, the overall design of the system and the design of the core function module are studied and analyzed by using the relevant theory and methodology of software engineering. In terms of function structure, the system mainly includes three aspects: SCADA subsystem, GIS geospatial software system and DAS data service software system. In this paper, the function design and function realization of SCADA subsystem are studied and discussed in detail, and the test work of the system is analyzed and verified. The power dispatching monitoring system studied in this paper plays an important role in promoting the dispatching efficiency of the whole Chengdu power grid. At present, the power dispatching monitoring system has been successfully put into operation, the overall operation is good, which meets the initial design requirements.
