磁旋轉(zhuǎn)電弧中熱陰極弧根形態(tài)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:陰極弧根形態(tài)對(duì)電弧狀態(tài)和電極損耗有著重要影響。在同軸電極磁旋轉(zhuǎn)電弧等離子體發(fā)生器中,利用高速CCD觀察了陰極弧根斑點(diǎn)形態(tài)隨外加軸向磁場(chǎng)的演化過(guò)程,采用雙波長(zhǎng)法從CCD影像得到陰極端面溫度分布;利用水冷電探針對(duì)近陰極區(qū)等離子體參數(shù)進(jìn)行診斷,得到了陰極附近電子溫度及陰極區(qū)位降。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)在50 A電弧電流下,隨著軸向磁場(chǎng)從0.01 T增加到0.02 T,陰極端面最高溫度下降,陰極弧根斑點(diǎn)增大,陰極附近等離子體電子溫度逐漸降低,陰極弧根為收縮模式;(2)在100 A電弧弧電流下,軸向磁場(chǎng)從0.01 T增加至0.015T,陰極狀態(tài)變化趨勢(shì)與前相同;(3)在100 A電弧弧電流下,當(dāng)軸向磁場(chǎng)增大到0.02 T時(shí),弧根斑點(diǎn)彌散均勻,陰極區(qū)位降明顯升高,陰極弧根模式由收縮模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閿U(kuò)散模式。分析認(rèn)為,磁旋轉(zhuǎn)電弧中弧根模式的轉(zhuǎn)變是一個(gè)突變的過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:The shape of cathode arc has an important effect on the arc state and electrode loss. In the coaxial electrode magnetic rotating arc plasma generator, the evolution process of the cathode arc root spot shape with the applied axial magnetic field was observed by high speed CCD. The temperature distribution of the cathode end surface was obtained from the CCD image by using the dual wavelength method. The electron temperature near the cathode and the cathode location drop were obtained by using the water-cooled electric probe to diagnose the plasma parameters near the cathode. The experimental results show that at 50 A arc current, with the axial magnetic field increasing from 0.01 T to 0.02 T, the maximum temperature of the cathode end surface decreases, the spot of the cathode arc root increases, and the electron temperature of the plasma near the cathode decreases gradually. At 100A arc current, the axial magnetic field increases from 0.01T to 0.015T, and the cathode state changes with the same trend as before.) at 100A arc arc current, when the axial magnetic field increases to 0.02 T, the arc root spots disperse uniformly. The cathode location drop increased obviously, and the cathodic arc root model changed from the contraction mode to the diffusion mode. It is considered that the transformation of arc root mode in magnetic rotation arc is a sudden process.
