【摘要】:面對日益增長的能源需求與日益減少的化石能源儲量,加之減排帶來的壓力,發(fā)展新的清潔能源成了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。在眾多新能源中,以目前技術(shù)水平,風(fēng)電是最有可能大規(guī)模應(yīng)用的新能源。但是風(fēng)力發(fā)電存在波動性和不確定性,大規(guī)模應(yīng)用必將會對電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行帶來隱患。因此,計(jì)算電網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電接納能力成了電源規(guī)劃一個迫切需要解決的問題。本文首先介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電的原理、風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的技術(shù)規(guī)范。通過對遼寧風(fēng)資源、風(fēng)力發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,確定遼寧發(fā)展風(fēng)電有自己得天獨(dú)厚的條件。在分析影響風(fēng)電接納能力因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了考慮電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰約束的風(fēng)電接納能力模型。結(jié)合遼寧電網(wǎng)的電源結(jié)構(gòu)、負(fù)荷特性,計(jì)算了遼寧電網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電接納能力。結(jié)合遼寧電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際情況,仿真分析了抽水儲能電站容量、供熱機(jī)組比例和負(fù)荷峰谷差對風(fēng)電接納能力的影響。結(jié)果表明為了增加風(fēng)電接納能力,遼寧電網(wǎng)可以增加抽水儲能電站的容量、減少供熱機(jī)組的占比以電制熱代替熱電廠供熱、實(shí)施峰谷分時電價以及電動汽車有序充電控制。最后在相對安全的原則下,為了更近一步挖掘電網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電接納能力,提出了在電網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)困難的時候允許限制部分風(fēng)電出力的風(fēng)電接納能力計(jì)算方法。該方法允許在電網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)困難時刻限制部分風(fēng)電出力,從而提高風(fēng)電裝機(jī)容量,進(jìn)而增加在電網(wǎng)非困難時期的風(fēng)力發(fā)電量。算例分析表明,新的計(jì)算方法可以大幅度提高風(fēng)電在電網(wǎng)中規(guī)劃容量。雖然在電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰困難時期限制部分風(fēng)電出力,但全時段來看,風(fēng)電發(fā)電量較之前有大幅度提升。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasing energy demand and decreasing fossil energy reserves, combined with the pressure of emission reduction, the development of new clean energy has become an urgent task. Wind power is the most likely large-scale application of new energy, but wind power has volatility and uncertainty, large-scale application will inevitably bring hidden dangers to the safe operation of the grid. The calculation of the wind power acceptance capacity of the power grid has become an urgent problem to be solved. Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of wind power generation, the technical specifications of wind power grid operation. Through the wind resources in Liaoning Province. Based on the analysis of the current situation of wind power development, it is determined that Liaoning has its own unique conditions for wind power development. A wind power capacity model considering peak load regulation constraints is proposed. Combined with the power supply structure and load characteristics of Liaoning power network, the wind power acceptance capacity of Liaoning power network is calculated, and the actual situation of Liaoning power network is considered. The effects of capacity of pumping energy storage power station, ratio of heating unit and load peak and valley difference on wind power acceptance capacity are analyzed by simulation. The results show that Liaoning power network can increase the capacity of pumping energy storage power station in order to increase the capacity of wind power plant. In order to reduce the proportion of heating units, electric heating instead of thermal power plant heating, the implementation of peak-valley time-sharing price and electric vehicle charging control orderly. Finally, under the principle of relative safety. In order to further explore the wind power grid acceptance capacity. In this paper, a calculation method of wind power capacity is proposed, which can limit the output capacity of part of wind power when it is difficult to adjust the power grid, which allows to limit the output capacity of part of wind power in the difficult time of power grid regulation, thus increasing the installed capacity of wind power generation. The example analysis shows that the new calculation method can greatly improve the capacity of wind power in the power network, although some wind power generation is limited in the difficult period of peak regulation. But all-time point of view, wind power generation has a substantial increase than before.
