計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷的微電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行

【摘要】:針對(duì)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度對(duì)微電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行提出的要求,將可中斷負(fù)荷處理成一種主動(dòng)參與微電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的可調(diào)度資源,分別建立計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷的特定時(shí)段聯(lián)絡(luò)線削峰填谷以及聯(lián)絡(luò)線波動(dòng)最小的多目標(biāo)調(diào)度策略數(shù)學(xué)模型,基于上海地區(qū)微電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行算例仿真,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性,比較了單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化和多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化對(duì)微電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行的影響。利用非線性規(guī)劃工具進(jìn)行求解,獲得全局最優(yōu)解。算例結(jié)果表明,計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷的考慮特定時(shí)段聯(lián)絡(luò)線削峰填谷微電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模型使得微電網(wǎng)可以有效協(xié)助大電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行削峰填谷,為電網(wǎng)公司制定合理的補(bǔ)償政策提供參考;計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷的考慮聯(lián)絡(luò)線波動(dòng)最小微電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模型明顯降低運(yùn)行成本的同時(shí)減少了聯(lián)絡(luò)線波動(dòng)對(duì)上級(jí)電網(wǎng)的影響。
[Abstract]:In view of the requirements of power grid dispatching for microgrid operation, the interruptible load is treated as a schedulable resource that actively participates in the operation of microgrid. The mathematical models of multi-objective scheduling strategy for peak-cutting and valley-cutting of tie-line and minimum fluctuation of tie-line considering interruptible load are established respectively. Based on the data of micro-grid in Shanghai, the simulation results show that the model is effective. The effects of single-objective optimization and multi-objective optimization on optimal operation of microgrid are compared. The global optimal solution is obtained by using nonlinear programming tools. The numerical results show that considering the interruptible load, the multi-objective optimal operation model of the micro-grid with peak-shaving and valley-cutting of tie-line considering the interruptible load makes the micro-grid effectively assist the large-scale power grid to cut the peak and fill the valley. To provide reference for power grid company to formulate reasonable compensation policy; Considering the interruptible load, the multi-objective optimal operation model considering the minimum fluctuation of tie-line not only reduces the operating cost, but also reduces the influence of tie-line fluctuation on the upper power grid.
