【摘要】：分析區(qū)域備自投系統(tǒng)對故障范圍識別的需求,提出了一種基于突變量方向原理的故障范圍識別方案。方案中區(qū)域備自投系統(tǒng)各子站實時檢測、發(fā)送本地測點的突變量方向值,方向值經(jīng)短路電流展寬,主站同步接收、記錄區(qū)內(nèi)所有測點的突變量方向值,并保存一定時長的歷史數(shù)據(jù),當主站檢測到跳閘失壓時根據(jù)跳閘前各斷路器測點的突變量方向值識別故障范圍。該方案能夠滿足各種故障失壓情況下的識別要求,原理簡單可靠,不需增加額外設(shè)備及二次回路。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the requirement of fault range identification in regional standby automatic switching system, a fault range identification scheme based on the direction principle of abrupt change is proposed. In the scheme, each sub-station of the regional standby system detects in real time, sends the direction value of the sudden change of the local measuring point, the direction value is widened by the short-circuit current, the master station receives synchronously, records the direction value of the abrupt change quantity of all the measuring points in the area. When the main station detects the tripping voltage loss, the fault range is identified according to the direction value of the sudden change of the circuit breakers before tripping. The scheme can meet the identification requirements of various fault voltage loss cases. The principle is simple and reliable, and no additional equipment and secondary circuit are needed.
