考慮負荷聚集商參與的源荷互動雙層優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:需求響應的實施需要對負荷側(cè)資源進行有效整合和合理管理,負荷聚集商作為其他電力系統(tǒng)參與者與需求響應資源之間的新興中介,可參與電力系統(tǒng)源荷互動的實現(xiàn)。針對目前主網(wǎng)調(diào)度負荷側(cè)資源存在障礙的問題,提出以負荷聚集商安排負荷削減合同的方式參與需求響應,上層以系統(tǒng)綜合調(diào)度成本最低為優(yōu)化目標,下層在分析主動負荷用電特性的基礎上制定負荷削減合同作為負荷聚集商的調(diào)用對象,以此構建源荷互動雙層優(yōu)化模型進行算例仿真。結果驗證了負荷聚集商的參與能降低發(fā)電機組的啟停費用,在兼顧各方利益的同時有利于系統(tǒng)削峰填谷及經(jīng)濟效益最優(yōu)的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The implementation of demand response requires the effective integration and rational management of load-side resources. As a new medium between other power system participants and demand response resources, load aggregators can participate in the realization of power system source-load interaction. In view of the obstacle of load side resources in the main network at present, it is proposed that load aggregators arrange load reduction contracts to participate in demand response, with the lowest cost of system integrated scheduling as the optimization goal in the upper layer. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of active load consumption, the lower layer formulates the load reduction contract as the calling object of the load aggregator, and constructs a two-layer optimization model of source-load interaction for simulation. The results show that the participation of load agglomeration quotient can reduce the start and stop cost of the generator set, and it is beneficial to the system to cut the peak and fill the valley at the same time as the benefit of all parties and to realize the optimal economic benefit.
