內(nèi)蒙古西部地區(qū)風(fēng)電供熱系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)正在大力發(fā)展風(fēng)力發(fā)電項(xiàng)目,在國(guó)家政策的支持下,蒙西地區(qū)風(fēng)力發(fā)電項(xiàng)目發(fā)展迅速,但是同時(shí)產(chǎn)生了棄風(fēng)問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致了風(fēng)能資源的大量浪費(fèi)。本文首先結(jié)合蒙西地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)和地域的特點(diǎn)分析了蒙西地區(qū)棄風(fēng)現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的原因,結(jié)合蒙西地區(qū)冬季供熱熱量需求量大的特點(diǎn),提出了使用棄風(fēng)供熱的方案來(lái)消納風(fēng)電,提出了風(fēng)電供熱的具體實(shí)施方案。最后從節(jié)煤效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益角度分析了風(fēng)電供熱系統(tǒng)的可行性和實(shí)行條件。調(diào)查研究了蒙西電網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電棄風(fēng)驚人的事實(shí),分析了我國(guó)蒙西地區(qū)目前存在的風(fēng)電消納問(wèn)題,考察了國(guó)內(nèi)外解決棄風(fēng)問(wèn)題的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。分析了我國(guó)蒙西地區(qū)、內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)乃至全國(guó)風(fēng)電的發(fā)展近況,總結(jié)了蒙西風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中具有的特點(diǎn),給出了蒙西地區(qū)大規(guī)模棄風(fēng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生的原因。介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電的基本原理,基于此得到蒙西地區(qū)風(fēng)能開發(fā)潛力巨大,肯定了治理?xiàng)夛L(fēng)問(wèn)題的重要性。在集中供熱和電熱鍋爐的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了風(fēng)電供熱的基本原理。最后,提出了蒙西地區(qū)可以實(shí)行的風(fēng)電供熱具體方案,給出了供熱公司和電力系統(tǒng)改造方案,從而肯定了風(fēng)電供熱實(shí)施的可行性。最后,依據(jù)熱力學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理分析了風(fēng)電供熱的節(jié)煤效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,從而給出了風(fēng)電供熱可以實(shí)施的熱力學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)條件。從經(jīng)濟(jì)上來(lái)講,風(fēng)電供熱對(duì)于供熱公司總是不利的,風(fēng)電供熱要得到發(fā)展,風(fēng)電場(chǎng)與供熱公司需要合作,共同討論利益分配的問(wèn)題,才能真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏。
[Abstract]:At present, China is vigorously developing wind power projects. With the support of national policies, wind power projects in Mengxi region are developing rapidly, but at the same time, the problem of wind abandonment has resulted in a large amount of waste of wind energy resources. In this paper, firstly, considering the characteristics of power grid and region in Mengxi area, this paper analyzes the causes of wind abandonment phenomenon in Mengxi area, combined with the characteristics of large heat demand for heating in winter in Mengxi area, and puts forward a scheme of using abandoned wind to heat supply to absorb wind power. The concrete implementation scheme of wind power heating is put forward. Finally, the feasibility and implementation conditions of wind power heating system are analyzed from the point of view of coal saving benefit and economic benefit. This paper investigates and studies the astonishing fact of wind power abandonment in Mengxi power grid, analyzes the problem of wind power consumption in Mengxi area of China at present, and investigates the successful experience in solving the problem of wind abandonment at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the recent development of wind power in Mengxi region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and even the whole country, summarizes the characteristics of the wind power industry in the process of development, and gives the reasons for the large-scale abandonment of wind in the area of Mengxi. The basic principle of wind power generation is introduced. Based on this, the great potential of wind energy development in Mengxi area is obtained, and the importance of harnessing the problem of abandoned wind is confirmed. On the basis of central heating and electric heating boiler, the basic principle of wind power heating is introduced. Finally, the specific scheme of wind power supply in Mengxi area is put forward, and the retrofit scheme of heating company and electric power system is given, and the feasibility of wind power heating is confirmed. Finally, based on the thermodynamic and economic principles, the coal-saving and economic benefits of wind power heating are analyzed, and the thermodynamic and economic conditions for wind power heating are given. From the economic point of view, wind power supply is always unfavorable to heating companies. Wind power supply should be developed. Wind farm and heating companies need to cooperate to discuss the distribution of benefits together, in order to achieve a win-win situation.
