【摘要】:論文研究了多品種小批量模式下的連接器生產(chǎn)調(diào)度計(jì)劃問(wèn)題。針對(duì)多品種小批量模式中連接器企業(yè)生產(chǎn)存在的一些問(wèn)題和難點(diǎn),分析利用約束理論的中的DBR方法,建立了基于約束理論的連接器生產(chǎn)調(diào)度計(jì)劃問(wèn)題模型,并求解。模型考慮了連接器生產(chǎn)中實(shí)際存在的裝配約束、工藝約束、交貨期約束等約束條件,利用DBR方法,對(duì)生產(chǎn)中的“瓶頸資源”進(jìn)行優(yōu)先調(diào)度,根據(jù)約束理論中推拉相結(jié)合的理念,對(duì)瓶頸前后的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)分別實(shí)行拉式生產(chǎn)、推式生產(chǎn),以及在裝配環(huán)節(jié)后面設(shè)置交貨緩沖來(lái)提高整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)效率和訂單達(dá)成率。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包含:(1)闡述了基于約束理論(TOC)的連接器特點(diǎn)的主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型、以及結(jié)合9條基本原則和DBR的生產(chǎn)控制方法并較為詳細(xì)的解釋了其步驟。重點(diǎn)討論了在多品種小批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下,如何運(yùn)用DBR對(duì)連接器的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別瓶頸、設(shè)定緩沖、瓶頸資源排程。(2)對(duì)連接器的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)符號(hào)結(jié)合三參數(shù)表示法進(jìn)行描述。對(duì)連接器的生產(chǎn)加工環(huán)境、加工約束和優(yōu)化目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。在概述了多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式下生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式下的調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模,并且為使數(shù)學(xué)模型更加接近實(shí)際情況,對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行一定程度的補(bǔ)充,為調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的建立提供做足前期準(zhǔn)備。(3)對(duì)問(wèn)題模型進(jìn)行求解,結(jié)合約束理論中的DBR方法對(duì)連機(jī)器生產(chǎn)中的瓶頸資源進(jìn)行了整理:對(duì)其前面的半成品生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)成了拉式生產(chǎn);對(duì)其后面的組裝生產(chǎn)采用推式生產(chǎn);并在最后的裝配加上了出貨緩沖。一系列舉措的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施來(lái)保證多品種小批量模式下的連接器生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的成產(chǎn)效率和訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)達(dá)成率。最后通過(guò)對(duì)多品種小批量模式下的連接器生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題的研究,并將建立的系統(tǒng)模型應(yīng)用到實(shí)際連接器生產(chǎn)案例中,有效的提高了案例的訂單按期交貨率,合理控制庫(kù)存,降低了生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的成本,有助于提升公司的產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力驗(yàn)證了該模型生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的可行性和優(yōu)化性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production scheduling problem of connectors in multi-variety and small batch mode is studied.In view of some problems and difficulties in the production of connectors in multi-variety and small-batch mode, this paper analyzes and utilizes the DBR method of constraint theory, and establishes the production scheduling problem model of connectors based on constraint theory, and solves it.The model takes into account the actual constraints such as assembly constraints, process constraints, delivery time constraints and so on in the production of connectors. By using the DBR method, the "bottleneck resources" in production are scheduled first, according to the concept of combination of push and pull in constraint theory.In order to improve the production efficiency and the order fulfillment rate of the whole system, the production before and after the bottleneck is carried out respectively, the pull production, the push production and the delivery buffer are set behind the assembly link.The main research contents of this thesis include: (1) the main production planning model based on the characteristics of the connector based on constraint theory (TOC) is expounded, and the production control method of DBR is explained in detail by combining 9 basic principles.This paper mainly discusses how to use DBR to identify bottlenecks and set buffers for connector production in multi-variety and small-batch production environment.Bottleneck resource scheduling (2) describes the production scheduling problem of connectors with mathematical symbols and three-parameter representation.The manufacturing environment, processing constraints and optimization objectives of connectors are described in detail.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the production scheduling problem in the multi-variety and small-batch production mode, the mathematical modeling of the scheduling problem in the multi-variety and small-batch production mode is carried out, and in order to make the mathematical model more close to the actual situation,The mathematical model is supplemented to a certain extent, and the problem model is solved in advance preparation for the establishment of the dispatching system.Combined with the DBR method in the constraint theory, the bottleneck resources in the connection machine production are sorted out: the semi-finished product production in front of it is designed into a pull-type production, the assembly production behind it is produced by pushing production, and the production of the semi-finished product in front of the semi-finished product is designed into a pull-type production.At the end of the assembly, the shipping buffer was added.Design and implementation of a series of measures to ensure the production scheduling efficiency and order on time rate of connector production scheduling in multi-variety and small batch mode.Finally, through the research of the connector production scheduling problem under the multi-variety and small-batch mode, the system model is applied to the actual connector production case, which effectively improves the delivery rate of the case order on time, and reasonably controls the inventory.It reduces the cost in the production process and helps to improve the product competitiveness of the company. The feasibility and optimization of the model production scheduling system are verified.
