基于脈振高頻電流注入的永磁同步電機(jī)無傳感器控制研究

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)因其具有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單和效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化等領(lǐng)域有著得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢。傳統(tǒng)的永磁同步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中,為檢測電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子位置信息常常安裝有機(jī)械式的位置傳感器。雖然推廣這種機(jī)械式的位置傳感器極大的提高了電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的控制性能,但也帶來了例如安裝復(fù)雜、成本偏高等諸多弊端,限制了其應(yīng)用場合。在此背景下,永磁同步電機(jī)無傳感器技術(shù)成為了提高工業(yè)自動(dòng)化程度勢在必行的趨勢,也成為了學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文從原理上分析了高頻信號注入法等無傳感器控制算法,對其中的脈振高頻電流注入法進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究,對比了采用不同種類濾波器對電機(jī)無傳感器控制方案的影響。首先,本文闡述了永磁同步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,針對對永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)及無傳感器算法的原理、應(yīng)用場合進(jìn)行了分類和概述,并簡單列舉了常見的無傳感器控制方法。其次,本文使用仿真軟件搭建了永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,先后對有傳感器和無傳感器系統(tǒng)的分別進(jìn)行了仿真分析。然后,本文重點(diǎn)對脈振高頻電流注入法這一無傳感器控制算法進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步研究,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)理論公式推導(dǎo)、位置/速度估算模塊設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)字濾波器研究,并且對比了IIR數(shù)字濾波器和FIR數(shù)字濾波器對該算法性能的影響,得出后者具有更優(yōu)良濾波性能的結(jié)論。最后,針對一臺額定功率為750W的小型表貼式永磁同步電機(jī),本文搭建了電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)硬件平臺,設(shè)計(jì)了基于脈振高頻電流注入法的軟件系統(tǒng),并在最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)給出了電機(jī)起動(dòng)、加/卸負(fù)載、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行等各運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的波形,驗(yàn)證了本文所論述內(nèi)容的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has unique advantages in industrial automation due to its advantages of small moment of inertia, simple structure and high efficiency.In the traditional PMSM drive system, mechanical position sensors are often installed to detect the rotor position information of the PMSM.Although the promotion of this kind of mechanical position sensor greatly improves the control performance of the motor drive system, it also brings many disadvantages such as complex installation, high cost and so on, which limits its application.Under this background, the sensorless technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has become an imperative trend to improve the degree of industrial automation, and has also become a hot research topic of scholars.In this paper, sensorless control algorithms such as high frequency signal injection method are analyzed in principle. The pulse high frequency current injection method is further studied, and the influence of different filters on sensorless control scheme of motor is compared.Firstly, this paper describes the current research situation of PMSM drive technology at home and abroad, and classifies and summarizes the principle of PMSM vector control system and sensorless algorithm.The common sensorless control methods are also briefly listed.Secondly, the simulation model of vector control system of PMSM is built by using simulation software, and the sensor and sensorless system are simulated and analyzed successively.Then, this paper focuses on the high frequency pulse current injection method, which is a sensorless control algorithm, including the derivation of relevant theoretical formulas, the design of position / velocity estimation module and the research of digital filter.The effect of IIR digital filter and FIR digital filter on the performance of the algorithm is compared, and the conclusion that the latter has better filtering performance is obtained.Finally, for a small permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated power of 750W, the hardware platform of vector control system is built, and the software system based on high frequency pulse current injection method is designed, and the system is debugged at the end of the paper.The waveforms of motor starting, loading / unloading, stable operation and so on are given, and the correctness and feasibility of the contents discussed in this paper are verified.
