貴州山區(qū)高速公路乳化瀝青冷再生混合料高溫性能研究

【摘要】:冷再生技術(shù)作為一種路面再生技術(shù),能有效利用自然資源,降低工程造價和保護環(huán)境,具有可觀的經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境效益,而被積極推廣。瀝青路面在使用過程中,受到溫度及其他外荷載的作用會出現(xiàn)車轍等路面病害,研究乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的高溫性能對提高其高溫穩(wěn)定性,延長使用壽命有積極的意義。從影響冷再生混合料高溫強度形成過程和高溫穩(wěn)定性能出發(fā),本文主要采用試驗與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,分析了RAP料、乳化瀝青摻量、水泥摻量和水用量等對冷再生料在高溫時不同力學(xué)性能的影響。當前國內(nèi)外對乳化瀝青冷再生混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的分析研究也較多,均重于某一個或幾個方面,但是國內(nèi)還沒有成熟的介紹其在不同地區(qū)的可適用性的系統(tǒng)理論。本文主要依托“貴州省交通廳科技項目——山區(qū)高速公路瀝青路面冷再生技術(shù)體系的研究”,通過從試驗路段回收RAP,對RAP中的瀝青和集料進行分析并評價其重復(fù)使用價值。因回收的瀝青部分已開始老化,采用冷再生技術(shù)得到的新結(jié)合料在強度方面必然受到乳化瀝青、RAP摻量以及水泥的影響,而這些材料有一定的溫度敏感性,高溫時會在不同程度上影響到冷再生混合料的強度和穩(wěn)定性能,并且該作用會進一步反應(yīng)在路面的使用過程中。在評價冷再生混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的試驗中,采用了國內(nèi)普遍使用的車轍試驗,分析溫度、乳化瀝青摻量、水泥用量以及基質(zhì)瀝青針入度的影響,采用蠕變試驗分析混合料的車轍變形,找到提高乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的高溫時強度和穩(wěn)定性的措施,減少或克服路面在高溫條件使用時所產(chǎn)生的病害。影響乳化瀝青冷再生料高溫穩(wěn)定性的因素眾多,但針對貴州特殊的地理環(huán)境,本文分析得出主要是RAP摻量、乳化瀝青和水泥用量在影響冷再生混合料高溫性能,通過試驗手段,可以獲得適合當?shù)氐淖顑?yōu)混合料配合比,以滿足其在高溫使用時對高溫穩(wěn)定性能的要求。
[Abstract]:As a kind of road surface regeneration technology, cold regeneration technology can effectively utilize natural resources, reduce engineering cost and protect environment. It has considerable economic and environmental benefits, and has been actively promoted. Pavement diseases such as rutting will occur during the use of asphalt pavement under the action of temperature and other external loads. It is of positive significance to study the high temperature performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture to improve its high temperature stability and prolong its service life. In order to influence the forming process of high temperature strength and stability of cold recycled mixture at high temperature, this paper mainly adopts the method of combining test and theoretical analysis to analyze the content of RAP compound and emulsified asphalt. The effects of cement content and water content on the mechanical properties of cold recycled materials at high temperature. At present, there are many researches on the high temperature stability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture at home and abroad, which are more important than one or several aspects, but there is no mature system theory of its applicability in different areas in China. This paper mainly relies on the "Research on Cold Recycling Technology system of Asphalt pavement in mountainous area", which is a scientific and technological project of Guizhou Provincial Communications Department, analyzes bitumen and aggregate in RAP by recovering RAP, from experimental section and evaluates its reuse value. Due to the aging of the recovered asphalt, the strength of the new binder obtained by cold regeneration technology is bound to be affected by emulsified asphalt, RAP content and cement, and these materials have a certain temperature sensitivity. At high temperature, the strength and stability of cold recycled mixture will be affected in varying degrees, and the effect will be further reflected in the process of pavement use. In the test of evaluating the high temperature stability of cold recycled mixture, the rutting test, which is widely used in China, is used to analyze the effects of temperature, emulsified asphalt content, cement content and penetration of base asphalt. The creep test was used to analyze the rutting deformation of the mixture, and the measures to improve the strength and stability of the cold recycled asphalt mixture at high temperature were found to reduce or overcome the diseases caused by the pavement under the high temperature conditions. There are many factors that affect the high temperature stability of emulsified bitumen cold recycled mixture. However, in view of the special geographical environment in Guizhou, this paper analyzes that the content of RAP, emulsified asphalt and cement content affect the high temperature performance of cold recycled mixture. The optimum mixture ratio can be obtained to meet the requirement of high temperature stability.
