【摘要】：為了研究高速公路養(yǎng)護工程中不同存儲溫度和存儲時間下SBS改性瀝青的性能衰減規(guī)律,分別選取了瀝青的軟化點、針入度、延度、零剪切粘度、離析度作為評價指標對存儲了不同時間和溫度組合下的試樣進行性能試驗。試驗結果表明:存儲溫度越高,存儲時間越長,SBS改性瀝青的性能衰減得越厲害,存儲穩(wěn)定性越差,并且在滿足指標要求的基礎上存在存儲時間上限;最后,通過混合料高低溫性能試驗驗證了存儲時間上限這一質(zhì)量控制指標的安全性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the performance attenuation law of SBS modified asphalt under different storage temperature and storage time in highway maintenance engineering, the softening point, penetration, ductility and zero shear viscosity of asphalt were selected, respectively. The segregation degree was used as an evaluation index to test the properties of samples stored at different time and temperature combinations. The experimental results show that the higher the storage temperature, the longer the storage time, the worse the performance of SBS modified asphalt is, the worse the storage stability is, and the upper limit of storage time exists on the basis of meeting the requirements of the index. The safety and feasibility of the quality control index of the upper limit of storage time are verified by the performance test of mixture at high and low temperature.
