關(guān)于混凝土梁橋荷載試驗(yàn)的誤差探討

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,公路交通事業(yè)快速發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸量大幅度增長(zhǎng),行車密度及車輛載重越來(lái)越大,重型車輛日益增多,在現(xiàn)有公路橋梁中,數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì)的舊橋,有相當(dāng)一部分己不能滿足使用上的要求,技術(shù)狀況處于危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài),部分重要構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重缺損,橋梁承載能力明顯降低并直接危及橋梁安全。對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)評(píng)定,客觀真實(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)橋梁承載能力是維持橋梁安全運(yùn)營(yíng)的有效措施。相比塌橋所造成的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)損失而言,準(zhǔn)確掌握橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力,具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義和影響。本文將針對(duì)橋梁檢測(cè)評(píng)定中存在一些容易產(chǎn)生測(cè)量誤差和理論計(jì)算誤差的因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,以算例的形式給出誤差因素所造成的影響,使橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)?zāi)苷嬲倪_(dá)到檢驗(yàn)橋梁承載能力的目的。為此,本文主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明:○1針對(duì)成橋荷載試驗(yàn),討論了測(cè)量誤差及誤差消除的方法;○2詳細(xì)分析了橋梁靜載試驗(yàn)理論分析誤差的影響因素,對(duì)目前成橋荷載試驗(yàn)中常規(guī)做法進(jìn)行分析研究,討論了各誤差因素對(duì)理論分析結(jié)果的影響;○3詳細(xì)分析了橋梁動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)理論分析誤差的影響因素,對(duì)影響動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)理論計(jì)算值準(zhǔn)確性的各種因素及其影響大小進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析;○4綜合上述結(jié)果,對(duì)于如何獲得橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)合理的理論數(shù)據(jù)提出了相應(yīng)建議。本文最后總結(jié)了減小混凝土梁橋荷載誤差可采用的幾種方法,為搞好橋梁承載能力的檢測(cè)與評(píng)定工作具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's national economy, the rapid development of highway traffic, the volume of traffic growth, traffic density and vehicle load is increasing, heavy vehicles are increasing day by day, in the existing highway bridges, tens of thousands of old bridges, Some of them can not meet the requirements of application, the technical condition is in a dangerous state, some important components appear serious defect, the bearing capacity of the bridge is obviously reduced and directly endangers the bridge safety. It is an effective measure to maintain the safe operation of the bridge by testing and evaluating the bridge structure and evaluating the bearing capacity of the bridge objectively and truthfully. Compared with the society, economy and loss of life and property caused by bridge collapse, it is of profound significance and influence to accurately grasp the bearing capacity of bridge structure. This paper will analyze in detail some factors which are easy to produce measurement error and theoretical calculation error in bridge detection and evaluation, and give the influence of error factors in the form of calculation example. So that the bridge load test can really achieve the purpose of testing the bridge bearing capacity. For this reason, this paper mainly explains from four aspects that the measurement error and its elimination method are discussed in detail, and the influence factors of theoretical analysis error of bridge static load test are analyzed in detail. This paper analyzes and studies the conventional methods of bridge load test at present, and discusses the influence of various error factors on the theoretical analysis results. The influence factors of theoretical analysis error of bridge dynamic load test are analyzed in detail. The factors affecting the accuracy of theoretical calculation values of dynamic load test and their influences are analyzed in detail and the above results are analyzed in detail. The corresponding suggestions on how to obtain reasonable theoretical data of bridge load test are put forward. At the end of this paper, several methods to reduce the load error of concrete girder bridge are summarized, which have certain guiding significance for the detection and evaluation of the bridge bearing capacity.
