廢膠粉對(duì)廢食用油再生瀝青性能影響的研究

【摘要】:廢食用油的主要成分是油脂,類似于瀝青中的油分,可以用于瀝青再生。相關(guān)研究表明廢食用油可使老化瀝青物理性能恢復(fù)到原樣瀝青的70%-80%,但對(duì)抗高溫變形和低溫開裂性能的改善效果有待進(jìn)一步提高。廢膠粉是一種優(yōu)良的瀝青改性劑,可以有效改善瀝青的高低溫性能,同時(shí)其作為一種量大價(jià)廉的可再利用資源,具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景。在前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以AH-50瀝青為對(duì)象,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬獲取老化瀝青,摻入6.0wt%廢食用植物油制備出再生瀝青,研究廢膠粉摻量(0.5 wt%-3.0 wt%)對(duì)再生瀝青的常規(guī)物理性能、組分結(jié)構(gòu)、流變性能的影響規(guī)律,確定廢膠粉的最佳摻量,并研究最佳膠粉摻量下混合料的路用性能。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)廢膠粉能使再生瀝青的針入度恢復(fù)到原樣AH-50瀝青的水平,抗老化性能有所提高,軟化點(diǎn)基本保持不變,延度則有降低的趨勢(shì),粘度隨廢膠粉摻量增加而增大;膠粉摻量為2.0 wt%時(shí),再生瀝青整體性能達(dá)到最優(yōu),滿足《公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》中瀝青的使用要求。(2)廢膠粉的摻入使得再生瀝青中飽和分和芳香分含量降低,膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)含量增加;再生瀝青中的羰基和亞砜基含量略有增加,但仍遠(yuǎn)小于老化瀝青的值,表明廢膠粉在180℃高溫加入再生瀝青改性過程中,瀝青略有熱氧老化,這與組分測(cè)試中膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)含量增加相符。(3)廢膠粉的摻入能夠有效提高再生瀝青的模量以及高低溫性能,改善廢食用油再生瀝青模量較低的不足;2.0 wt%的廢膠粉摻入到廢食用油再生瀝青中后能夠有效提高再生瀝青的抗疲勞性能、抗變形能力、彈性恢復(fù)能力以及低溫抗裂性能。(4)摻入廢膠粉的廢食用油再生瀝青制備的瀝青混合料,與AH-50和再生瀝青的相比其路用性能有一定改善,瀝青膠結(jié)料與骨料間的粘附力增大,其高溫抗車轍性能、低溫抗裂性能、抗水損害能力以及疲勞壽命均得到提高。綜上所述,將廢膠粉用于廢食用油再生瀝青的改性,能夠提高其模量、高溫抗變形能力和低溫彈性恢復(fù)能力,對(duì)于廢膠粉與廢食用油的合理資源化利用與社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展均具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The main component of waste edible oil is oil, which is similar to the oil in asphalt and can be used for asphalt regeneration. Relevant studies show that waste edible oil can restore the physical properties of aging asphalt to 70% - 80% of the original asphalt, but the improvement effect of high temperature deformation and low temperature cracking resistance needs to be further improved. The performance of asphalt at high and low temperatures can be effectively improved by adding additives, and as a large amount of cheap and reusable resources, it has a broad application prospect. On the basis of previous research, this paper takes AH-50 asphalt as the object, obtains the aging asphalt through laboratory simulation, mixes 6.0wt% waste edible vegetable oil to prepare recycled asphalt, and studies the mixing of waste rubber powder. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Waste rubber powder can restore the penetration of recycled asphalt to the original AH-50 asphalt level, and the anti-aging performance has some advantages. When the content of rubber powder is 2.0 wt%, the overall performance of recycled asphalt reaches the optimum, which meets the requirements of asphalt in < Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Code >. (2) The addition of waste rubber powder makes the saturation and aroma of recycled asphalt. The content of carbonyl group and sulfoxide group in recycled asphalt increased slightly, but it was still far less than the value of aging asphalt, indicating that the asphalt had a slight thermo-oxidative aging when the waste rubber powder was added to the recycled asphalt at 180 C, which was consistent with the increase of the content of resin and asphaltene in the component test. The addition of recycled asphalt can effectively improve the modulus and high-low temperature performance of recycled asphalt, and improve the low modulus of recycled asphalt of waste edible oil; 2.0 wt% waste rubber powder can effectively improve the fatigue resistance, deformation resistance, elastic recovery and low-temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt. (4) The addition of waste edible oil into recycled asphalt can effectively improve the fatigue resistance, deformation resistance, elastic recovery and low-temperature crack resistance of recycl Compared with AH-50 and recycled asphalt, the asphalt mixture made from waste edible oil recycled asphalt of rubber powder has a certain improvement in pavement performance. The adhesion between asphalt binder and aggregate increases. Its high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature cracking resistance, water damage resistance and fatigue life are all improved. Modification of recycled asphalt from edible oil can improve its modulus, high temperature deformation resistance and low temperature elastic recovery ability. It has important practical significance for rational utilization of waste rubber powder and edible oil and sustainable development of society.
