【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,城市化、機(jī)動(dòng)化水平快速提升,機(jī)動(dòng)車擁有量及道路交通量急劇增加,這使得人、財(cái)、物的流動(dòng)日益頻繁,道路交通流量及其交通需求隨之急劇擴(kuò)大,城市交通中人、車、路的矛盾日益突出,道路交通壓力日益劇增,城市交通供給難以滿足快速增長(zhǎng)的交通需求,城市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理水平難以適應(yīng)城市發(fā)展的需要,交通擁堵問題日漸突出,交通擁堵造成人民群眾的出行時(shí)間和出行成本劇增,直接影響了人民群眾的生活質(zhì)量和出行效率。咸陽是中國(guó)大地圓點(diǎn),是中國(guó)西部地區(qū)樞紐型城市,然而,城市交通供給難以滿足快速增長(zhǎng)的交通需求,城市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理水平無法適應(yīng)城市發(fā)展的需要,影響著咸陽經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步�？v觀國(guó)內(nèi)外,城市交通擁堵問題,已成為國(guó)內(nèi)各大城市和世界各國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程中普遍面臨的難題。本文本著務(wù)實(shí)的態(tài)度,通過資料分析、實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)咸陽市的交通狀況和交通擁堵成因進(jìn)行分析,并提出解決交通擁堵的對(duì)策。治理交通擁堵是實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須解決的問題,發(fā)展公共交通,進(jìn)行科學(xué)的交通規(guī)劃、交通設(shè)計(jì)和交通管理將有效提高交通的通暢性和安全性,促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,在城市道路交通管理工作中,如何有效緩解交通擁堵問題,為順利實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展目標(biāo)創(chuàng)造更加良好的道路交通環(huán)境,值得我們認(rèn)真思考。全文首先對(duì)城市交通及交通擁堵相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)各大城市擁堵現(xiàn)狀和擁擠成因進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市解決交通擁堵問題的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)借鑒前人的研究成果,建立咸陽城市交通擁堵對(duì)策體系。其次,通過分析咸陽市的城市交通現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,指出交通擁堵的主要原因:公交線路分布不合理;停車設(shè)施不足;人、車搶道文明意識(shí)薄弱等等;然后,針對(duì)存在的問題及其原因,提出解決咸陽市城市擁堵問題的對(duì)策和建議:實(shí)施調(diào)整公交線路;建設(shè)大型停車場(chǎng);實(shí)施文明交通提高文明出行意識(shí)等等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, urbanization and motorization, the number of motor vehicles and road traffic has increased dramatically, which makes the flow of people, money and goods more frequent, road traffic flow and traffic demand has expanded dramatically, the contradiction between people, vehicles and roads in urban traffic has become increasingly prominent, and road traffic pressure is increasing day by day. With the rapid increase of urban traffic supply, it is difficult to meet the rapid growth of traffic demand, urban transport infrastructure, management level is difficult to meet the needs of urban development, traffic congestion problem is becoming increasingly prominent, traffic congestion caused by the people's travel time and travel costs soared, directly affecting the people's quality of life and travel efficiency. Yang is a big circle in China and a pivotal city in the western region of China. However, urban traffic supply is difficult to meet the rapid growth of traffic demand, urban transport infrastructure and management level can not meet the needs of urban development, affecting the economic development and social progress of Xianyang. Based on the practical attitude, through data analysis and on-the-spot investigation, this paper analyzes the traffic conditions and causes of traffic congestion in Xianyang City, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the traffic congestion. Therefore, in urban road traffic management, how to effectively alleviate traffic congestion and achieve the goal of rapid economic and social development? It is worthwhile for us to think seriously about a better road traffic environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant theories of urban traffic and traffic congestion, analyzes the current situation and causes of congestion in large cities, and summarizes the successful experience of solving traffic congestion problems in domestic and foreign cities. At the same time, it also draws lessons from previous research results to establish Xianyang City. Secondly, by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of urban traffic in Xianyang, the paper points out the main causes of traffic congestion: unreasonable distribution of bus routes; inadequate parking facilities; weak awareness of civilized people and vehicle rush; and then, in view of the existing problems and their causes, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion in Xianyang. Suggestions: Implement the adjustment of bus routes; build large parking lots; implement civilized transportation to improve civilized travel awareness and so on.
