溫拌再生劑對(duì)瀝青和瀝青混合料路用性能影響研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高速公路進(jìn)入大中修時(shí)期,翻修過程中銑刨下來的瀝青混合料會(huì)被當(dāng)做廢料進(jìn)行處理,不僅耗費(fèi)大量資金,還會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染。傳統(tǒng)的熱拌瀝青混合料由于拌和與壓實(shí)溫度很高,不僅需要消耗大量的能源,還會(huì)造成瀝青老化,并會(huì)釋放出大量有毒有害的氣體,污染環(huán)境、危害施工人員健康。如何解決舊料回收和熱拌污染的問題,己成為當(dāng)今道路再生發(fā)展的方向。溫拌再生技術(shù)融合了溫拌技術(shù)和再生技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),具有拌和與壓實(shí)溫度低、能源消耗少、利用廢舊瀝青混合料、減少瀝青煙等有毒有害氣體排放j減少環(huán)境污染等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景和良好的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文對(duì)舊瀝青混合料中老化瀝青的性能進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)溫拌再生瀝青的制備方法進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)制備好的溫再生瀝青進(jìn)行瀝青性能試驗(yàn),分析溫再生劑M-1對(duì)瀝青的作用效果,并由溫再生瀝青的溫度-粘度曲線得到溫拌再生瀝青混合料的拌和與壓實(shí)溫度。通過小梁低溫彎曲梁(BBR)試驗(yàn),得到溫再生劑M-1對(duì)瀝青的低溫性能影響較小,會(huì)小幅提高瀝青低溫蠕變性能。本文利用紅外光譜分析儀對(duì)老化瀝青分別添加基質(zhì)瀝青和0.2%、0.5%、0.8%M-1溫再生劑的六種瀝青進(jìn)行分析,得到利用溫再生劑M-1和基質(zhì)瀝青組分調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)理共同溫拌再生老化瀝青的方法是可行的,制得的溫拌再生瀝青性能能夠達(dá)到規(guī)范要求。本文根據(jù)舊料級(jí)配,利用新集料對(duì)級(jí)配進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而確定溫拌再生瀝青混合料的合成級(jí)配,并確定最佳油石比,并確定拌和順序、拌和時(shí)間,然后通過試驗(yàn)對(duì)M-1溫拌再生瀝青混合料的力學(xué)性能、高溫性能、水穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行分析,研究表明M-1溫拌再生瀝青混合料的路用性能比熱拌瀝青混合料略有降低,仍能滿足規(guī)范要求。
[Abstract]:With the expressway in our country entering the period of major and medium repair, the asphalt mixture will be treated as waste in the process of renovation, which will not only cost a lot of money, but also cause pollution to the environment. Because of the high temperature of mixing and compaction, the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture not only needs to consume a lot of energy, but also can cause asphalt aging, release a large number of poisonous and harmful gases, pollute the environment and endanger the health of construction workers. How to solve the problem of waste material recovery and hot mix pollution has become the direction of road regeneration. The warm mix regeneration technology combines the characteristics of warm mixing technology and regeneration technology, and has the outstanding advantages of low mixing and compaction temperature, less energy consumption, using waste asphalt mixture, reducing the emission of toxic and harmful gases such as asphalt smoke and reducing environmental pollution, etc. It has wide application prospect and good social and economic benefits. In this paper, the performance of aging asphalt in old asphalt mixture is analyzed, the preparation method of warm mixed recycled asphalt is studied, and the asphalt performance test of prepared warm recycled asphalt is carried out, and the effect of warm regenerating agent M-1 on asphalt is analyzed. The mixing and compaction temperature of warm recycled asphalt mixture was obtained from the temperature viscosity curve of warm recycled asphalt. Through the (BBR) test of trabecular low temperature bending beam, it is found that the temperature regenerating agent M-1 has little effect on the low temperature performance of asphalt, and will slightly improve the low temperature creep property of asphalt. In this paper, the infrared spectrometer is used to analyze the six kinds of bitumen which are added to the aging asphalt with base asphalt and 0.2m ~ (0.5) and 0.8m ~ (-1) respectively. It is feasible to make use of the temperature regenerating agent M-1 and the adjustment mechanism of the base asphalt component to regenerate the aging asphalt, and the properties of the prepared warm mix recycled asphalt can meet the requirements of the specifications. In this paper, according to the gradation of old materials, the new aggregate is used to optimize the gradation, so as to determine the synthetic gradation of warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture, determine the optimum ratio of oil to stone, and determine the mixing sequence and mixing time. Then the mechanical properties, high temperature performance and water stability of M-1 warm mix recycled asphalt mixture are analyzed. The results show that the road performance of M-1 warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is slightly lower than that of hot mix asphalt mixture. Can still meet the specification requirements.
