鏈斗式堆高機螺旋轉(zhuǎn)料過程的研究

【摘要】:港口堆場用于儲存和轉(zhuǎn)運貨物,對港口的發(fā)展具有重大意義。港口一般采用斗輪堆取料機、斗式提升機和橋式堆料機等作為堆取物料的設(shè)備,但它們適用于專業(yè)化大型堆場,體積龐大、價格高昂。對于多貨種、多貨主采用自卸車工藝系統(tǒng)的中小型堆場的堆料作業(yè),一種新型的堆取物料機械——鏈斗式堆高機應(yīng)運而生。鏈斗式堆高機結(jié)合斗式提升機、螺旋輸送機和皮帶輸送機的輸送特點,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)物料的垂直提升、水平轉(zhuǎn)料、傾斜提升三級輸送,同時安裝有輪胎行走機構(gòu)和俯仰機構(gòu),可以在堆場任意位置工作,實現(xiàn)不同高度的物料堆積作業(yè),大大提高對貨種與自卸車卸料的利用率。對鏈斗式堆高機而言,螺旋轉(zhuǎn)料結(jié)構(gòu)的作用是將鏈斗卸載的物料轉(zhuǎn)運到懸臂皮帶上,它的轉(zhuǎn)料效率對整機的堆高性能有重要的影響。因此,有必要對影響轉(zhuǎn)料輸送量的螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)、充填率、轉(zhuǎn)速和螺距進行深入的分析研究,同時利用EDEM仿真軟件對這些影響因素進行仿真驗證。本文以鏈斗式堆高機的螺旋轉(zhuǎn)料過程為研究對象,利用散貨力學(xué)知識,以EDEM仿真軟件為工具,對螺旋轉(zhuǎn)料過程中物料輸送特性展開了分析研究:分析散粒物料的力學(xué)性質(zhì)、平面應(yīng)力狀態(tài),以及輸送過程中散粒體的形狀和強度及形成過程對料槽器壁的應(yīng)力影響;分析螺旋轉(zhuǎn)料結(jié)構(gòu)特性,引進剛度理論對螺旋軸的彎曲變形情況進行研究;利用單質(zhì)點法分析轉(zhuǎn)料機理的動力學(xué)和運動學(xué)特性,并根據(jù)推導(dǎo)的公式得到物料的軸向分速度和徑向分速度隨徑向距離變化的曲線圖;引進軸向速度修正系數(shù)k*,建立k*與充填率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對輸送量的計算公式進行修正;建立充填率、轉(zhuǎn)速、螺距影響輸送量的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在EDEM中仿真論證了影響轉(zhuǎn)料輸送量的理論的正確性,依據(jù)仿真數(shù)據(jù)確定了一組具有最理想輸送效果的參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The port yard is used to store and transfer cargo, which is of great significance to the development of port. The port generally uses bucket wheel stacker, bucket hoist and bridge stacker as the equipment for stowage, but they are suitable for large specialized yard, which are huge in volume and high in price. For the multi-cargo, the multi-cargo truck technology system used in the small and medium-sized yard stowage operations, a new type of stowage machinery-chain bucket heap-dump machine came into being at the historic moment. With the characteristics of bucket hoist, screw conveyer and belt conveyor, the chain bucket heap-hoist can realize the three-stage conveying of material vertically, horizontally, and tilted. At the same time, it is equipped with tire walking mechanism and pitching mechanism. It can work in any position in the yard, realize the material stacking operation with different height, and greatly improve the utilization ratio of cargo type and dump truck. For the chain bucket type heapper, the function of the screw transfer structure is to transfer the unloading material of the chain hopper to the cantilever belt, and its transfer efficiency has an important effect on the heaping performance of the whole machine. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the screw structure, filling rate, rotational speed and pitch which affect the volume of the conveyer. At the same time, the influence factors are verified by EDEM simulation software. Based on the knowledge of bulk mechanics and EDEM simulation software, this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of material conveying in the process of chain bucket crane, and analyzes the mechanical properties of bulk materials. The plane stress state, as well as the shape and strength of the bulk and the influence of the forming process on the stress of the groove wall, are analyzed, and the bending deformation of the spiral shaft is studied by introducing the stiffness theory. The kinetic and kinematic characteristics of the rotating mechanism are analyzed by means of the simple point method, and the curves of the axial and radial fractional velocities with the radial distance are obtained according to the derived formulas. This paper introduces the axial velocity correction coefficient KG, establishes the mathematical model of k* and filling rate, and modifies the calculation formula of conveyer quantity, establishes the mathematical model of filling rate, rotational speed and pitch affecting the conveyer quantity, The correctness of the theory affecting the transfer rate is demonstrated by simulation in EDEM. According to the simulation data, a set of parameters with the most ideal conveying effect is determined.
