路面超薄層罩面的水泥混凝土配合比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:根據(jù)水泥混凝土公路施工實(shí)際,通過(guò)路面超薄層快速修補(bǔ)技術(shù),進(jìn)行了水泥混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化研究。結(jié)果表明,水灰比試驗(yàn)顯示,要保證混凝土強(qiáng)度值,混凝土應(yīng)采用較小的水灰比,但水灰比不能過(guò)小,混凝土在只用當(dāng)中會(huì)存在開裂的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),這和水泥還有石灰的比例是分不開的。從我們進(jìn)行過(guò)的收縮性的試驗(yàn)來(lái)表明,當(dāng)水泥和石灰的比例增大的時(shí)候,混凝土在使用時(shí)第一次開裂的時(shí)間會(huì)被延長(zhǎng)。在外加劑的作用下,新拌混凝土各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)得到提升,使每小時(shí)的控制坍落度降低至20 mm以下,滿足了施工方面所需。水膠比越大,混凝土開裂時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)。初裂到貫通在水膠比0.36時(shí)需要23 min,0.38時(shí)需要34 min,通常存在一個(gè)最優(yōu)水膠比區(qū)域,在該區(qū)域內(nèi)混凝土的貫通時(shí)間和塑性的開裂時(shí)間能夠進(jìn)行延長(zhǎng),并且延長(zhǎng)的情況是最明顯的,這個(gè)時(shí)候混凝土自身的抵抗開裂能力的情況比較好。在這篇文章當(dāng)中我們主要是進(jìn)行幾個(gè)方面的試驗(yàn)還有證明,得出結(jié)論當(dāng)粉煤灰摻量達(dá)到10.5%,且比例為0.38的水膠比時(shí)為最優(yōu)配比,也就是B-2組配比為最優(yōu)配比。
[Abstract]:According to the practice of cement concrete highway construction, the optimization of cement concrete mix ratio design is carried out through the rapid repair technology of the super thin layer. The results show that the water cement ratio test shows that the concrete strength should be guaranteed, the concrete should adopt the smaller water cement ratio, but the water cement ratio can not be too small, and the concrete will crack in the middle of the concrete. The risk, which is inseparable from the proportion of cement and lime, shows that when the proportion of cement and lime increases, the first cracking time of the concrete will be prolonged when the ratio of cement to lime is increased. The slump decrease to less than 20 mm, which meets the need of construction. The larger the water glue ratio, the longer the cracking time of concrete. The initial break through in the water glue ratio needs 23 min, and the 0.38 needs 34 min, usually there is an optimum water binder ratio area, and the concrete penetration time and the plastic cracking time can be extended in this area. And the condition of extension is the most obvious. At this time, the resistance to cracking of concrete is better. In this article, we mainly carry out several experiments and prove that the optimum ratio is that the ratio of the mixture ratio of fly ash to 10.5% and the ratio of 0.38 to the ratio of water to glue is the optimal matching of the B-2 group.
